Burger King — Restaurant in Delhi Charter Township

Ordered two original chicken sandwiches and a viking sundae I was charged 14 and some change. Got to the window and asked the girl if the sandwiches were not part of their two for five duo meals anymore? She apologized and said I was right and got the manager to fix the order in the till. ( Great service so far, made a mistake fixed it politely and fast). The manager informed me as if I was told before this is a training store and I have to ask for the duo or it will be rang up as al'lacarte.... Big difference in price, I said every bk in the tri state area ( Michigan indiana ohio) always does the duo price. Again informed they are a training store, to wich I said I would train my staff to inform my customers of the more INEXPENSIVE way to get my order. I was told no we have to train this way, I said okay I would no problem. Hot juicy original chicken love it.

My issue is being told it's a training store and you can't trust them enough to look out for their customers best interest, why would I go back there? Now as a business person are my employees or manager trustworthy. If I charge al'lacarte price on a discount/special order item with a let's say 4 to 9 dollar price difference how much money can I pocket in a day a week or a month?

This location needs new staff, new management, and possibly new owners. Customers should stay away!

Exterior lights went out at 8:17pm tonight while waiting my turn in the drive-thru. Was told they were closed. Asked if it was possible to order since we were in line before the lights were turned off. When they said no, I asked what time they normally close during the week so I could make a mental note. In reply, was abruptly told that someone had threatened staff this evening and that we could either leave or they would call the police to escort me from the property. In the background, a second employee shouted, "We can't close at 8 o'clock!"

Uh ... Okay... I repeated my question in case they had misheard me, and the employee again shouted through the speaker promising to call the police if I did not leave. I replied, "Have a great night..." and drove away. Their Google listing indicates this location is open until 11pm on weeknights. Apparently not. I'll be calling...

You ask for food off the fryer, they say "ok" hit the button "off fryer".. then some other dummy comes over and grabs food that's been sitting there all day all soggy and nasty, and gives u that order.. I think if u order something special, the person taking the order should make sure your taken care of, not some other ding dong.. this has happened many times.. or they take the off fryer order and just pretend like there fresh off the fry and give u the old ones right in front of you.. this place has a bunch of lazy workers... IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB, OR CAN'T HANDLE IT, WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE, IT'S OBVIOUSLY TO HARD FOR YOU! Lazy people that work here need fired, workers playing on there phone with gloves on, same gloves they handle the food with.. a cell phone is proven to be the dirtiest object any person touches everyday.. GROSS PLACE...
