The Little Ceaser's Corperation is a good one. They seem to always aim high and always be confident in delivering a quality and economic product that, not only can anyone afford, but is usually consistant, however. One Struggling Location does not reflect upon the company as a whole, yet it is their responsibility none-the-less! This location does seem to be lack luster, especially in it's location.
A friend as well as myself visited this location on our way back home, going down Marsh Rd. We ordered a Triple Meat Treat and a Deep Deep Dish pizza to bring back. Understandably, it was dinner time, roughly 5:30PM, so when told they did not have these products in and that we had to wait. "Sure thing" we both said as we sat on the bench, chuckled and such as we minded our conversations through our phones about some good ol' memes. Everything seemed pretty straight forward. One girl worked on the deep dish rather happily, yet the other one worked on the meat lovers without gloves. I did not pay too much mind to that, most pizza places tend to work without gloves, especially when working dough. The oven bakes away all bacteria and it is required to wash hands.
The pizzas rolled out of the oven, the Deep Dish was cut and boxed efficently well, but when the meat lovers came out, we noticed that upon being set into the box, the woman working on it grabbed a bottle of liquid garlic butter and sprayed the pizza like a middle-aged mom using Raid on a spider. There was so much garlic butter, it would have scared vampires in a one-hundred mile radius. I let my friend now, and he struggled bit. We took it to the car, only to be so blown away by the garlic butter, that it saturated the box it was in. We took it inside, and asked for our money back, they refused and I had to hold my friend back, comrpmising to take a simple 'Hot n Ready' instead.
There's hope for this place, trust me. It is on them to take the changes they need, even when corperate will be notified. They have prime real-estate, and the ABILITY to make quality pizzas. They just need to do it or hire someone who is...
Read moreWent in and picked up 2 pizza's,and 2 orders of bread sticks on our way home from work. Got home and one of the pizza's had 2 inches of cust before the toppings started, including the sauce. On the other side there was no crust edge, the cheese was melted to the box and the pizza was not even cut. The store is 10-15 minutes from our home. I called and the girl who answered the phone did not even say "I am sorry." She just said "if you bring it back in we can remake it for you" I told her we lived about 12 minutes away. She snapped at me that "company policy states we must have the product back!" I told her we would cut it ourselves as we hadn't eaten all day and did not want to wait another 12 minutes to drive there, 20 minutes to wait for the pizza to be made, and 12 minutes to drive home. She again stated that company policy mandates that they have the product returned. I thanked her for ruining our dinner and hung up on her. Had she been nice about it, I would have said "no problem, I just wanted you to be aware" and continued on and not left this review. From now on, if I want cheap pizza I will drive out of my way to another location. Last week a co-worker brought in a Little Caesars pizza from the Lake Lansing and Birch Row corner location, the crust was soft and fresh, the pizza did not look like a normal $5 pizza. I will go to that location from now on! Too bad for the Haslett location because we usually get pizza once a week, and it is normally 3 pizza's plus extras. Way to...
Read moreI order a pizza at that location so when I get there to pick it up I saw a old man was making my pizza and he was not wearing any gloves and his hands was bloody and red and he was making those pizzas for some reason at that time I wasn’t thinking of getting sick because of his blood on his hands. I went home thinking that me and my kids can get Some type of Disease because of his blot you knock down so many diseases around that you can get just by touching the blood.I decided to call them and ask them if it’s OK to work Haven’t blood on his hands and I don’t know if it was eczema or anything else. But it doesn’t matter if it was eczema or something else you can still catch any type of disease through his blood and I don’t know how the little Caesars let those people work there it’s not safe. When I called him and asked him do you offer to change my pizzas but still even have you changed it to the work you’re still working there and his keep touching the pizzas I hope my kids didn’t get any disease because...
