I have been here before. Almost always get the same thing.( Banana splits ) Today's service was very bad. I specifically asked for 3 different banana splits, and literally was given all the wrong things. I go here at least 3 times a week. So as much money as I spend, I feel like I should get what I ask for. The young lady seemed a little annoyed when she took my order. I get it... so many people come there. But when you almost spend 20.00 every time you go there.... it should be the right order! We took one for the team tonite.... because the line is so long...I didn't want to keep everyone waiting. Ask very nicely twice if the pineapple could be of better quality, the same lady both times was sharp with her tone, and rude stating “thats what they get from the distributor, she doesn’t have time to purchase it and cut it up for every customer”..... wow, that’s a nice professional and kind reply?! So buying a can that is already diced is to much hassle?? Instead having a cheap imitation gel like substance is best?.... I’ll take my business elsewhere even if that means getting out of my car and waiting in line, good quality product and friendly attitudes...

The ice cream selection is amazing, however, the disrespectful, snotty, argumentative clerk taking order and payment was not. My family and I used to be weekly patrons, but no more. Our last visit was the last. The clerk charged us so much more than our regular cost and when I questioned I was treated with such disrespect, I asked to cancel our order.
