China House — Restaurant in Dellwood

My family and I have been coming here for over 12 years and I've noticed the difference in their food here lately which is not bad but on several occasions my husband and I have experienced biting into something that feels like glass or hard pieces. My husband says it could be bones or chicken that they're cutting up in the same area where they're preparing food or on the same grill they're cooking it on; I don't know but I didn't and couldn't enjoy my food not knowing if I was going to harm myself by continuing to eat it. Remember this was on different occasions not just one isolated incident. There may be different owners or a different cooking kitchen staff that's preparing their food... I'm not quite sure, but Asian people aren't the greatest when it comes to customer service so I never said anything to them about it because they don't receive complaints too well. I will continue to patronize them from time to time but I will just try something different and fried like fish or chicken, I think that will be a safer...

One star is really generous. Me and my boyfriend went there yesterday. First of all, we called in. We got there early so we sat down to wait. As we're talking (not even 5 min. in) we here someone in the background rudely shouting "Helloooooo.." It was the lady behind the counter. I guess she must've been saying it for a minute because by the time we heard it she sounded irritated. She asked if we had a call-in, we said yes but even after being rude she had the wrong order so it was, "a couple more minutes.." (Which really wouldn't have been a big deal had she not had a stank attitude." Fast forward about 2 hours. My boyfriend gets up and is vomiting. We thought maybe that was it. Maybe he ate too fast. WRONG! He is still sick as of right now. So this is day two. We ate the same thing all day. So it wasn't any other foods. I didn't order any food from this place (LUCKILY), but they sure got him. Whatever they're cooking up back there....RUN. I will NEVER be going back again!...

Orders the same thing everytime...this time on my way to work must be there at 10:30pm must be on highway by 9:30pm so yes I work an hour away. I place my order at 8:45 I pick it up at 9:20pm get to work starving going to take a bite not paying attention cuz I'm working and eating at the same time they messed up my order always order a shrimp Happy Box no gravy but I get a regular happy box full of gravy I don't eat beef I don't eat pork I don't eat ham and I don't mess with thier chicken I get shrimp all the time can you imagine my frustration because now I have to wait until I get off work at 6:30 a.m. and they open up at 11 a.m. to return this food I hope they rectify the situation with positive results! not a happy customer...
