Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dellwood

Today, July 25th, 2024, From 1:33 pm - 2:11 pm. I had to call the police because my life was threatened & they threatened to do something to my food. Please do not go to this Taco Bell. They are very GHETTO here. They act and look like angry Apes with wigs on. They got mad at me because I ordered 5 tacos. They insist that I ordered 4. The lady threatened to do something to my last taco (the 5th one, After I showed them my receipt) It turns out as I got home & opened that last taco that they put in a separate bag. It is something wrong with it, and it was tampered with. It looks like dirt and hair was smothered in my taco. Which was obvious that they did something to my food because they put my last taco in a separate bag. I'm taking it to small claims court. So far I got 1 lawsuit court case out here in Missouri & this one will make a number 2. But this time, since I'm from Peoria Illinois, I will file a claim where im from. I can sue for $10,000 instead of 5,000 in small claims. All of this is because I ordered too many tacos. I guess 5 tacos is too much for them. They insist I ordered 4, but I showed them that I ordered 5, and once they saw I was correct. They started cursing me out, threatening to fight me and the one lady said she was going to do something to my last taco. I called the health department number immediately. Dear Taco Bell

I’m writing you this letter and hoping it reaches your desk because you need to know about your store located at 9951 West Florissant Ave , St. Louis

I pulled on the door handle and the young lady sweeping the lobby said “you gotta go through the drive thru” (so I pulled out my phone to take a picture of the address) cause I planned on leaving and just writing a email but they decided to open the door.

The lady who unlocked the door prompted me to order through the kiosk. I skimmed the kiosk looking for the chicken nugget meal that is advertised on your menu board and couldn’t find it. I asked the young lady sweeping the lobby about ordering it her response was “idk you gotta ask them cause I’m new” 🫠

So I proceeded to ask the lady who unlocked the door and she says “that’s cause we don’t have the chicken nuggets” …. So I continued to use the kiosk and spent $15.12 ordering your cantina meal with a large fry. I should also mention I ordered the Mountain Dew freeze but she told me your co2 was out and she gave me a Gatorade instead.

There were 2 staff members working line , one lady working drive thru , somebody’s friend named “Fishermen” was hanging out in the lobby with 2 other staff members. They complained about opening the door and said “mfs need to understand we short handed” 🫡

This happened at 1pm and they had 0 customers.

So if your sales look low today it’s not because of the snow or roads but because your staff just doesn’t seem to care...

I order the 7 dollars luxe never tried but it looked good so my first time having taco bell my hubby got something that's new to the menu we got home I took all my items out first off I'm missing some of my food I received 2 of the same wraps and a nacho I looked up the 7 luxe and I'm missing my taco and my burrito 🌯 I'm like wth really I then was like ok whatever I'm not going back so I started to eat the first wrap and omg it was gummy oh hell naw nacho were good so I was like ok let's try the second one and it's the excalt same thing now I'm pissed and hungry I ate the nacho end up fixing a bowl of noodles anyways this really pissed me off waste of money why have a job if you not going to do it right treat others the way u like to be treat the taco on west florissant baby no I won't go again I rate this 0 stars I work for my money and wen I'm hungry and see something I like I want it and this was a straight disappointment I felt like I went to bed hungry I will travel to the taco bell in kirkwood before I never come back here .. check yall food makensure u got it all and maybe taste it before u pull off to ... Dame taco bell and no I'm not pissed about the just the food ....
