Mohammed is the name on the receipt, so I will say it was him that served up the sandwiches my son ordered. 12 inch pizza sub and a 6 inch chicken teriyaki. When my son returned to the car, he told me they didn't have pizza sauce nor did they put any teriyaki sauce on the other sandwhich. Upon inspecting it, the lettuce was brown, they put two different types of meat(not requested) on the pizza sub. The meats were dry and the bread overcooked. Spent almost $20. We were on the road so I called and politely asked if they had pizza sauce for the subs and they said they had plenty. I then asked why did they tell my 23yo son different?. The dude said my son didn't know what he was talking about. I was like well I am on my way back and I want a newly made sandwhich x 2. He straight hung up on me. Not one time did I raise my voice nor present an attitude. So I called corporate, talked to Peggy, and they took good care of me. I am now waiting for Jim Patel, the owner to call me about it. By the way they call him Jim because his first name is hard to pronounce. The location of this Subway is on a stretch of road where all the riots happened with Mike Brown. What does this have to do with it? That area is tired of being mistreated and that is exactly what Mohammed did. Imagine putting it all out on SM and Mohammeds offense caused a negative reaction from the community. The owner would suffer the loss of business. Read moreUnfortunately I had a not so good experience today. I went in to use a coupon for a 7.99 footlong meal. Only certain sandwiches they were allowing coupons on. Ok fine, so I order the Cold Cut Combo sandwich that was on the list. While making my sandwich, the lady appeared to be really skeet on applying ingredients. I had to ask for more of each one. Then when checking out,I supplied her with the coupon.. She scanned it, however the subtotal came back as 8.19 which made it 8.99 total. I refused to pay that price when I had a valid coupon that should be honored for the price on the coupon. She said it's dire to recent price increases. I then said to her, that should not effect the price on the coupon. I refused to pay that price. I then used a different coupon for a footlong for 5.99 which rang up correctly. I then asked what's corporate number to make a complaint. She stated there was no corporate number. I then said so this is a franchise business. If that's the case, what's the owners name and number or manager. She declined to give me this info also. I said so this is a business with no corporate or ownet/managers number? I refused to go forward as I was gonna retrieve the info from my recipient which she failed to place in my bag. I'm sure that was on purpose. However, I'll get the complaint up the ladder. Normally at all of the other Subways I've gone to when you don't want the salad chopped they do at least cut the meat, he just laid the meat on top whole. Then I asked for croutons, he gave me crackers. I then told him croutons not crackers, he says they only have crackers there. Then I asked for Italian dressing, I got fat free.
