We used to love going to Franks. My friends and family would meet there about once a week and enjoy drinks and dinner. We had a couple issues, but nothing that made us want to stop going (almost always related to bad service and an unclean environment). The experience that made us decide to never return was an extremely rude manager, and then when I politely reported the incident to the owner, they didn't seem to care at all (I actually left a very polite message on the Facebook page and they just deleted it instead of responding). The manager/service actually cussed in front of my table and my mother, who had just walked in the door to her doing so. My parents had such a horrible experience I was embarrassed for inviting them. We actually ended up walking out without our food (We ordered 5 entrees and a couple appetizers) and walking to a restaurant next store where we had an amazing time. I usually try to eat at local establishments, but Franks is dirty (especially the restrooms) so I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. They also think it's a "pain in the ass (exact words from manager)" to split a large order of wings (25+) with two or more sauces. Is it really a big deal to split an order of wings in half and toss them into two different sauces, especially when you are paying so much for them and ordering so many? I hate to leave bad reviews, but Franks is dirty, overpriced and extremely rude...

We sat at the table and although it wasn’t busy at all and there were many servers milling about, it took almost 20 minutes for the server to come to take our drink order. Ordered an appetizer salad and entrée the salad came out 15 minutes later and then another 15 minutes after that all of the food came out at once. The server was literally walked past us every time and when she does have to ask us for something she would walk away before we were finished talking. Beard was sour so we got bottles instead it took quite a while to do that simple exchange in the server didn’t seem to care at all. Took another 20 minutes to cash this out after the server trying to figure out the check situation. I figured she must’ve been new so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and still tipped her $10 on a $40 bill and told her the service was quite slow and could be quicker. Nothing offensive and I over tipped on my bill because I felt that she needed to know. My party leaves and we get in the car and the bartender, she literally chased us out and was threatening us and screaming out at the top of her lungs telling us not to come back. Again, the service was horrible and the staff didn’t really seem to care except for when they got actual feedback about their level of service and blasé attitudes. Read moreWe love Franks, but yesterday was disgusting! My husband ordered over the phone from a menu we found online. We ordered 2 burgers and fries and 2 apps. Well the girl apparently wrote it down and said it would be ready in 20 mins. Didn’t give a total, but seemed fine. I get there to pick it up, and the bartender explained we ordered off an old menu. No apps. Okay… so update it. So she said they could do the burgers still and that they were done, one being with bacon and bbq the other just a regular cheeseburger. After waiting 20 more mins they finally brought it out. It was $31.87 for 2 DISGUSTING BURGERS. I didn’t know this until we got home, but I gave the girl $35 cash. So I tipped and everything. The fries were cold. They had told me they were making them fresh. Come on Frank’s… you robbed me of $35 and all I got was inedible food. We have baby twins at home so there was no going back. I even debated posting this. But it really sucks. It’s not our fault you don’t have an updated menu and had someone answer the phone who didn’t know anything. This why they should ask for the customers phone number so they can call if there is an issue. We also had no idea they changed the menu. We don’t work there…. Ugh.
