ANGIE IS A ROCKSTAR! The way Angie moved around that kitchen, from fry station, to bagging, to counter, & then also making shakes for drive-thru, was incredibly impeccable. As a chef for over 30+ years, I can tell you, this is exactly the type of employee we want. A person with self-drive, on top of the situation & she moved like a well oiled machine, multitasking incredibly. Please share my thoughts, as I truly believe she needs to be recognized for her excellent performance, & in the face of a rush, Angie handled herself with much professionalism, politeness, & with much gratitude. Thanks again, you've gotten a return customer.
Now I was at this same location about 1½ - 2 weeks ago & there was this little boy who works their, he might be special needs, but I believe he was the child who decided to soak my Dbl quarter pounder bottom bun in grease, then serve me old cold fries, then only give me a 9 piece nugget. I'm not sure if he dropped mine & my kid's food on the floor but what he served me was inexcusable. I lost my receipt so I didn't call & complain but it cost me $17 dollars in the trash because there was no way my kid & I were goingto eat that.... Many places have that one little dumb kid who talks too much, thinks it's funny to mess with customers food, & keeps doing it over & over because the other workers watching don't care or say anything. Anyone engaging in this type of behavior needs to be Fired. The white kid had short blond or light brown hair & he was sort of short i believe. He's probably the smart-azz dumb kid working there.    Read moreTotal mess in there. One, they left the lobby doors unlocked but told everyone that the lobby was closed. Two, they donât tell you a price at the speaker. Which is kind of whatever because I ordered a sweet tea, which brings me to the pay window. She didnât say a THING to me. Still not yet a terrible experience though. It happens. Get to the next window, and was left there for probably like five minutes waiting on a sweet tea. Got tea and left, figured out it wasnât sweet tea. It was regular tea. So now Iâm a little miffed and I head back to get a sweet tea, I tell the lady at the speaker that I just ordered a sweet tea and got a regular tea, and she gives me attitude. Like big attitude. Told me the total this time, which I paid for a second drink despite the fact that they messed it up. Paid in change cause thatâs all I had left after buying my first (messed up) drink. Now listen, Iâve worked in fast food for a long time, and I know how to conduct yourself so you donât look unprofessional. When a manager at a McDonaldâs is acting like a high schooler who âdoesnât need this jobâ they need to hire a new one....

The McDouble was more like a McTriple, with all that grease not drained from the burgers... Mind you, I wasn't even supposed to have a McDouble... But lunch is lunch, and I had to eat something... I was almost handed my McFrappe when the employee then said: âWould you like me to wipe that off for you?â. I then responded, âYes, please. I don't want a mess in my carâ. I mean, who wouldn't want their drinks all cleaned off and not sticky?
There is a McDonald's on West Saginaw, not even 2 miles away... They at least have their stuff together... Wow, McDonald's...
The gas station, however, is a decent stop... They have some stuff that Speedway and QD doesnât... If you do want to partake in this establishment, Iâll throw you a few pointers...
Check your bags, before driving away from the window... GET A RECEIPT... Make sure you give us all another review... Hopefully the service will improve... It is a shame... The location is right down the street, from my house...
