McDonald's — Restaurant in Delta Charter Township

Idk why it's so hard to add extra pickles to a cheeseburger. The last 4 times I've gone 11there there's been 2 pickles on the burger and I know that's the standard and that it not extra. When I say extra I want as many pickles as you can fit. Also, I've never really had problems with missing items until recently. My daughter and I went and I got her a hamburger happy meal with a diet Coke and they didn't give the diet Coke and said "have a nice day" so I said.. there's supposed to be a diet Coke with the happy meal, the woman looked very confused and said "there's supposed to be a diet Coke with it?" And I said yes.. the happy meal comes with a drink doesn't it ? And she just stepped away I was assuming to get tho drink I ordered. She came back and said the diet Coke wasn't rang up so I wasn't charged for it. THE DRINK COMES WITH THE MEAL. So I asked again "it comes with the meal doesn't it" (I was being very polite not rude at all) she rolled her eyes and said "I think so" and stepped away and a few minutes later brought the diet Coke. I am not one to make a big deal out of things especially something so small as a kids diet Coke but yes I was charged for it. My 3 ⭐ is pretty self explanatory. I gave service a 3 ( average of 2+4). We picked up food for our grandchildren staying with us at a nearby hotel. McDonald's was their choice. They chose it, both nights we had them. The first night they wanted 10 pcs chicken nuggets meals. I asked Thomas for extra catsup, he said it's in the bag, I said yes but I have one little that needs a lot, he happily gave me more, good job Thomas. The next night the children wanted the same meal, but wanted additional nuggets. I ordered the two meals and an additional 20 piece nugget. A gentleman served it to me, I'm sorry, I didn't catch his name, however he was the only one in a red shirt. Same scenario, I asked for catsup, he said it's in the bag, I said there are just 2 in the bag, I'll need more. He gave me TWO more!?! Maybe I'm being unreasonable ( sarcasm intended, I know, not a great character trait, I'm working on it, and I assure I didn't use it with the server) , however 40 chicken nuggets and 2 fries and just 4 catsup packets!?!? I ordered on the mobile application before 10:30 am something I do all the time the mobile application was messing up wouldn't give me my drive thru code. So I went in to be told that my order couldn't be made but my money was taken for the order which is not correct I do this every morning as long as I order before 10:30 today was an issue. I did like this location but after today I'm done that was poor customer service the best Manager they have is Ashley! The other managers are rude and snappy with you especially that evening manger he is so rude he has a box haircut and glasses threw my order on counter yesterday while saying my name wrong then he turns around like he knew it was rude with a fake have a good day! He has no customer service skills the afternoon shifts stands around on the phone mess up your order how you touch your nasty phone then making sandwiches just nasty!! Hair nets should be worn all that hair being over people food is not sanitary.
