Arby's — Restaurant in Delta

Goodness, talk about a lack of customer service. Usually I don’t have issues with this place, usually it’s great! However tonight was absolutely terrible. Tried getting our usual, firstly, the person who took our order could not have seemed more annoyed in dealing with us. Then told us our usual was discontinued and now only made as a wrap, ‘it hadn’t been made as a sandwich in over a year’… ok… not going to argue, got another sandwich and asked for no lettuce and tomato. Asked for no sauce on another as the person getting the sandwich is ill and struggling to eat foods that aren’t relatively plain. The no lettuce sandwich looked like they had poured the last of the lettuce in their tray on it. That person has been sick since consuming the food. The other skipped their sandwich and went another day without eating as upon opening that one there was extra sauce. Yikes… should have taken my money elsewhere. I highly suggest you...

Came in here to grab some lunch. Well didn't go so well lady who took my order had no customer service at all. Waited over 10 min's for a bacon cheddar roast beef and a medium fry and small fry.
