Ended up here the week after they opened and it was extremely busy. I noticed they are still looking for help and it's a small town, so I only have my star rating based on food and not customer experience. Overall, though, service wasn't bad. Just slow and disorganized--something I hope they will figure out over the next few weeks.
The menu is Chinese, which is a great addition to Delta and should do pretty well with no competition and a great location. I had sesame chicken and my wife had sweet and sour pork. Each was very good and the flavor was up there with any other restaurant. Lo mein was made with flat noodles and was a bit sticky, which is something this white person is not used to. But again, it tasted good.
The whole time, we kept reminding ourselves that it's a brand new, understaffed restaurant in a small town. So we're making a point to return in a couple months to see how they progress in...
Read moreMe and my daughter had lunch here, there was only one other customer there. The customer service is very good here but the food is very very very dry. I ordered chicken wings and chicken on a stick and BOTH were ok in taste but were SO DRY. The chicken on a stick were small in size and thin. You only get 4 chicken wings(4 drumettes) for $5.99!! Thats like $1.30 for one single drumette! I was all disappointed in the food and prices.
My daughter ordered orange chicken which she said tasted good, and it was a good size plate. But man......they REALLY need to change up their chicken size they serve as far as chicken on a stick and chicken wings.
It is the only Chinese place in Delta..but don't go here if you're looking for a large quantity of chicken.
The only highlight was the customer service. Next time, I'm going across town to Delta...
Read moreGross absolutely gross. Spent $83 on overpriced, tasteless food that really couldn't be considered Chinese food. I really don't know what they they are serving in place of egg foo young but it isn't even egg. The vegetable soup, was steamed vegetables in hot water. The low mein was some sort of old fettuccine noodles. The honey chicken was some sort of little popcorns of dough. Maybe it was because we had just gotten out of work, and they were just about to close but I doubt it. Going to see if they will do the right thing and refund our money this morning, as we could not even eat what they gave us it was so bad. Still have the boxes completely full of food. Couldn't return last night because...
