Asked a girl to unlock a certain drumel blade. She did. Handed it to me and walked away. After that 3 separate clerks kept walking by just looking at us, watching us to make sure we didn't steal anything. My father was on the phone trying to figure out if that was the piece we needed. Went toward the front and all 3 clerks were standing there watching us. Gave the blade back cuz it wasn't what we needed. Instead of watching the color of my skin, one of those 3 clerks could have asked if we needed help finding what we needed. Worst place to shop. Definitely will not be going...

Every time I go to ace hardware the employees are happy helpful and friendly if there are ads I didn't know about involving the products I am looking for they are quick to show me the sales then if I'm not sure of the products I need to complete my projects they are right there with me to guide me to the tools and products I will need once I get home if I discover that I needed a different size or kind of product they have always been more than happy to replace or refund my products I love my local ace hardware and their staff I suggest it for all of your...

The staff here have always been very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and have never left me with the bill if I bought the wrong parts for a project. Great customer service.

All the 1 stars talking about masks and that we don't take covid seriously need to understand something. We think for ourselves down here and most the businesses around here understand that.
