McDonald's — Restaurant in Deltona

The first time I ordered from this McDonald's my order was taken inside & was taken incorrectly & over charged. I spoke to the manager Josh on the phone & he told me to bring back the receipt & they will remake my order. I told him I didn't know when I would be back but he said it would be fine as long as I had the receipt. I returned with my receipt too reorder my correct meal & Josh was there. I explained to him exactly what happened & he let me reorder my food again but once again my order was wrong and I had to keep correcting them while I was standing there. I ordered a simple Mocha Frappe with extra chocolate drizzle was charged for the extra drizzle. They gave me a Caramel & there's no drizzle at all. I let them know. They remake the correct frappe still no drizzle? I also order the Bacon quarter pounder meal which was cold. I'm standing there watching everyone to include the manager, who seemed too young & wasn't taking anything seriously, horse playing with the other employees & a young lady with these extra long decorated nails eating right out of the fry station🙀 How unsanitary! I read other reviews about the service here and getting cold food needless to say I also ended up once again with cold food also🥺 I was very dissatisfied with everything going on here. I don't think I will return to this location again even though it's more convenient for me. If you can go to another location I advise you to do so save yourself the headache. I arrived this morning at 8:40 and waited in the drive-thru lane to place my order. I finally got to the order board at 8:50 and was greeted by, “what can I get you?” I ordered a large ice coffee advertised on the menu board for 1.79 any size. They rang up my order and the displayed price was 1.89. I let the order taker know about the price on the menu board. He said rudely, “Just pull around!” I took a picture of the menu board before pulling forward! I finally got to the cashier and she said “2.02”. I told her the price for the ice coffee was 1.79 on the menu board. She said, “That’s a lie”. I was very astonished and offended and showered her the picture. She said “2.02”. I asked for a manager. She screamed, “I need a manager, we got another one!” The manager came to the window and said “that is not our price. I don’t know why it says so on our menu board but that is not our price.” I did not call her because of the 10 cents but because of the rude employees. I told her the cashier called me a liar and another one. She shrugged! I left. I will never return to the Howland McDonalds, not because of 10 cent but because of the rudeness encouraged by the management. I hope everyone that finds and like this review also boycotts this location. The Burger King across the street has polite and friendly staff. I loved coming here but after Wednesday night I don’t think I’ll return. The white teen boy they had working as a manager at this establishment on Wednesday night was completely disrespectful. Not only to me but everyone else standing and waiting in the lobby, people waiting to be helped, overlooked as if they are invisible, don’t expect to get your order taken at the front register either no one works the lobby, he only bagged drive through and mobile orders, I had to place a mobile order to even get help, wanted honey packets for my nuggets instead of a generic answer on the app but could not receive the support I needed from the staff. A man said excuse me to get the managers attention and he responded “WHAT”, the man just wanted to ask for some help because he was missing a food item. Other people were just completely ignored when they said “excuse me” or “hey”. This kid is obviously in no position to be a manager at any fast food establishment if he can’t even handle his attitude and “stress” that comes with 5 cars in drive thru and a couple of people in the lobby. I used to work for this restaurant and I know the owner as well as the DM directly, before other people who get treated this way lash out and cause possible future issues just have the kid step down, it’s obvious he doesn’t even wish...
