(4 days after last review) I went back tonight to have my meal replaced since I wasn't going to eat the Big Mac with the slimy green stuff that used to be lettuce. I did not have the cash receipt because the cashier had dropped it out the pay window and I wasn't getting out the grab it because the wind had taken it, but I had the meal ticket which I noted in the review and included the time and what the meal was. Manager Katelyn was rude and said she could do nothing for me because I couldn't prove I paid for a meal. WHAT???!!! I said it shows what the meal is and what time I came thru the drive though and pointed to the young man that had lied about the meal being cook to order. Katelyn responded to my description of the lettuce with, "We don't USUALLY do that"... REALLY? so sometimes you use lettuce so old its slimly on a GRAY burger? This is a shame because I usually get a meal there every time I shop at Walmart... but I will never again. Two horrible old cold meals within a week. What happened? This used to be a good location. Poor management is ruining your business. I'm thinking about having your business inspected... nasty!!
CHECK #1434 ... Apparently, this location in front of the Walmart preps for the dinner rush and serves out old burgers and fries even if you ask for "Cook to Order". This is the second time this has happened. This time my food was not only cold and burger looked old but slimy green lettuce was put on my big Mac and there was no secret sauce. It was not that busy so I drove right through to pay then right to the pickup window expecting to have to wait, but the food was handed out, without a straw for my drink. I ASKED, "Are you SURE this is cooked to order" which seemed impossible, but the young man assured me it was. IT WAS NOT. NASTY!! HE LIED TO ME!! Last time I got a "cook to order it was not cooked to order either. I had to turn around after exiting the parking lot which means a trip down Howland due to the median. I went inside and handed my food to the cordial manager and waited for my fresh hot fries and took my food and drove off again. I'll be darned if I didn't get a COLD Quarter Pounder1!! DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!! Again, not only was my food cold but I got ROTTEN LETTUCE on the Big Mac. There are TWO other McDonalds on the other end of Howland where they serve hot food. Ughhh...
Read more2025 review 2 stars: They keep the lobby open more. I order through the mobile app, I keep getting notifications that my order is ready and to come inside 1 or 2 minutes after placing. Well, most of the time I go inside and my order isn't ready, what gives? I shouldn't have to come inside after being told so just to wait between 10-20 minutes for my food. Do better.
2021 review 1 star: No reason to have the lobby closed. If you're able to take doordash and walk to the door with the order, then you're able to open the lobby. I can't drive I have no way of getting food from here. When I placed a mobile order on your app I was told by an employee "im not supposed to do this, but since it's paid already I'll give it to you." Absolutely ridiculous it's like you don't want customers!
2019 review 4 STARS; A downside here is slow service, but I always come in during busy hours anyways. They do their best to get through the orders as quick as they can. I have visited here almost everyday for the past year and they only messed up my order only one time out of hundreds I've gotten. This location is almost spot on with the orders. I recommend coming here for food, but you may have to wait a little bit if it's really busy or you buy certain stuff out of times, like hashbrowns in the afternoon when they mainly serve them in...
Read moreWent to the Macdonald on 131 Howland Blvd. today because I was hungry and there were no other options available. Absolute worst service, hasn't improved since my last experience, which I was really hoping it had. I ordered a "2B (according to the menu) with mustard and extra pickles only". When I pulled up, I received a 2 (no B) with mustard and extra American cheese. When I mentioned the mix-up to Stephanie at the service window, she took my bag back and said to another lady "apparently this should have extra pickles". "apparently?" The 2nd lady responded. They added the pickles but I also nicely stated I ordered a 2B (which I guess denotes bacon), and Stephanie got huffy and turned away from me to look at the register. I just sat there at the drive thru window thinking something was going to happen and, after fidgeting for a few seconds, Stephanie lifted her hand and waved me off. I left because trying to get my order right was not worth the aggravation. How anyone can demand $15.00 an hour and not only not get a burger order right, but get aggravated when the customer is nicely requesting an error to be corrected, is beyond me. They have lost...
