Just a I gave them four out of five stars. Went there today and the best I can do is two out of five. The service is still okay. The environment is fine but when I am told they have pizzas but can't sell them because they haven't put the button from corporate back onto their register when they haven't added things like veggie patties to the registers and the employees are complaining about corporate and the lack of help. They're getting they're out of several things that are normally on the menu, including they took away mozzarella and a quote from one of the employees. I no longer have faith in this Subway. I can't speak for all but I don't think this one will be lasting much longer with the current conditions. Unless corporate gets something fixed. Go to the other one further downtown. I can't say for sure it's better but I can tell you this one's not the one to go to anymore. Sad to say ...
My previous review is below this Even though short staffed. Monica, our sandwich maker did a great job. She was backed up with three online orders and a catering order and still was able to do an amazing job making our sandwiches at subways go. There's one 5 minutes further away than this one and this...

My fiance asked a simple question about how many strips double bacon would be, as there were only 6 on his ādouble baconā order (he wanted 9-12 and told her he was willing to pay extra for extra) she rolled her eyes and told him to make up his mind. The young boy was able to slightly recover the experience with his enjoyable attitude and demeanor before being yelled at to āhurry up & quit chattingā; the payment system hadnāt loaded yet to take our card so we were chatting as it loaded to kill the 30 second wait.
I would normally refrain from leaving a negative review as I myself am in the service industry and have been in it for 8 years, however, I would never treat paying customers or my subordinates that way. And rolling your eyes on the line, at customers, is extremely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs soon as I walked up at 10:15 (45 min before close) I was told āI canāt toast anythingā and I said āthatās fine.ā She seemed surprised and stated āusually people just walk away when I say thatā She seemed confused that she was going to have to work at making a sandwich while being employed by...Subway. At the end of the counter was a handmade sign that apologized for nightly cleaning of the toaster. Clearly, this is used as a deterrent. The owner of this store could increase revenue simply by ācleaningā the toaster after close. Seriously, what contagions are rendering the toaster unsanitary? I gave four stars because she was very kind and the store was shockingly clean, which is amazing for anything to be clean inside of a...
