I went through the drive thru on 1-13-25. I ordered the classic tiny tacos and a regular fry. I got to where you pay and she told me the price which I thought was a little high but just figured I miscalculated. She hands me my receipt and it says fries 2.99 which I think is for large fries and loaded tacos. I told her I ordered regular tacos the classic. She shuts the window and turns and tells them " now she changed her mind and wants regular tacos" I got her attention and told her I didn't " change my mind" I ordered the regular tacos. She gives me my bag and .50 cents, she said that was the difference between the two. I said the regular tacos are 4.00 and the loaded is 5.00 how is that .50 cents difference. I ask her what is 5 minus 4 and she just looked at me. So she goes back to talk to someone and they said they owe me .80 cents.. once again what is 5 minus 4. So instead of giving me .20 cents to equal a dollar she has me give her back the .80 cents and she gives me a dollar bill. Not going to...

There was no truck to be seen anywhere in the parking lot so I guess he was putting away merchandise that had been delivered. I thought 24/7 meant they cooked and you could order food 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Not the case at the Denison store. I just got off work. I'll be a McDonald's customer from now on when I get off.. All I wanted was tacos. UPDATE I called the manager this morning to see if it is customary to not take orders and serve customers at night if they are putting away supplies. He said the drive thru is always open and should always take your order. He compted my order today and I got my tacos. The manager, older woman with shoulder length hair is rude and unprofessional. I placed a mobile order for the $5 Jackās meal deal they are currently promoting. On the app it says āJr Jumbo Jack Cheeseburgerā when I received my order it was missing cheese and I went back to have it corrected. When she came back with my order she told me I was wrong and that it doesnāt come with cheese. I explained that on the app it says & shows cheese on the burger but she still insisted that I was incorrect. She then became visibly upset (rolling eyes, immediate attitude shift) when I asked to have the order remade (my fries & taco were both cold at this point) There is no need for eye rolling and attitude for a mistake on THEIR part..
