They refused to serve me because I asked them not to solicit/beg for money. Typically you can ask a corporation not to solicit when they go into their corporate begging scripts. I like to help people and US citizens have a constitutional right to ask for help, but when corporations do it, it just comes off as greedy to me. I made the simple request that they not solicit and that we just keep the transaction to the business of food. They refused and told me that they were not allowed to honor my request. I shared that corporate greed makes food taste bad, they then refused me service and told me to exit their drive through after making me wait for several minutes as they had a discussion with the store owner; why do you need to have a discussion when a customer simply asks you not to solicit? The food here is often hit or miss, the attitudes are hit or miss as well. Personally, I'm not ok with greedy corporations or corporations that would mistreat their customers who simply ask Taco Bell stick to food and not beg for money even if they claim it's for a charity. Apparently I'm done with Taco Bell period, I'm not ok with being asked to leave just because I asked them not to solicit. Our world needs a change, corporations who pretend to be charitable and mistreat their own customers are a perfect example of what's wrong with our world. They said that it was the locations owner that told them not to serve me and have me removed, it's no wonder that this location has so...
Read moreDrive thru service tonight was trash, female manager had attitude when asking to make sure meat was in the Crunchwrap as last time got only veggies. I asked again to confirm and she took a deep breath rolled her eyes and said alrighty and I went to pay keep in mind at this point I’ve said yes maam, thank you being courteous, and I said thank you, “without an attitude” because of course she had one and at this point she’s had it since we got to the order screen. Who wants to deal with that when making sure their order is right?! If I’m paying of course I’m asking to make sure it’s right. It’s not blind, she shut the window went and sat against the counter and came back and told me to pay or leave cause she didn’t “have an attitude”, huffing and puffing. Yeah okay miss attitude, Will be reporting to corporate! And the head manager of this store location. Also would like to add that I called right afterwards to get the managers name and they hung up on me. So someone hopefully I hope loses their job. Treat people how you would want to be treated and if you’re having a bad night clock out and go home or get clocked out by someone else, you’re choice :) but don’t take it out on the people giving your store money. I took my happy self to the other Taco Bell where I got amazing service!! And they got my money too and my respect. People with nasty attitudes like that deserve...
Read moreSince when was Taco Bell skimping out on putting sauce in cheese quesodilla’s?
Let me set the scene for you, Monday night I had just gotten back from an intensive PT. I was tired, probably 3.5 blinks away from sleeping, but all I could think about what the succulent taste of a cheese quesodilla with that amazing jalapeño chipotle sauce. So I ordered. I waited 30 minutes staring at the wall questioning if the spider i saw was real or just a figment of my sleep deprived mind. Finally, I hear a knock at my front door. I roll out of bed and stumble my way over to the front door. I pick up the beg and immediately the aroma of the food fills my senses and I’m like “oh yeah, this is about to hit.” I lay back down in my bed, at this point slobbering all over my bedsheets. And I take a bite. It’s stiffer than my door. I take another bite only to be met with increasing disappointment. I throw it in the microwave, the only thing the microwave successfully did was make it slightly less stiff.
But oh well, I’m hungry, I don’t care much. I take another bite and the familiar delicious taste of the chipotle sauce spills out onto my tongue. Finally, something worth living for! But my celebration was short lived. I never get another bite of sauce. I spend the night sulking in my misery.
Please, the Jalapeño Chipotle Sauce on the Quesodilla’s keep by depression...
