DENISON INN — Hotel in Denison

So my brother paid for a week he sad four people and four vehicles and two dogs we went into the first room and they had bedbugs went into the second room. The roof was covered in mold, and they had bedbugs and blood and urine on the sheets. The room was very messy, so they took us to a third room because they could not give us our money back and it was OK but still very messy my brother paid for the week so we stayed for two nights the third night they turned around said that there were too many people in the room. The manager kept asking how many people in the room I said four he turned around says five I said no four he cannot understand English, and I couldn’t understand him , then he says there are too many vehicles and he was gonna have one towed and then one of the guys said that he would give us our money back, except for the two nights we stayed we said OK because they were kicking us out because we wouldn’t pay more even though we already said there were four people and four vehicles and two dogs so we said OK and then because the sheets were dirty from the two nights we stayed there and the floors were a little dusty they took off another night so they did not stick up for what they said stay here for a week or a day if you wanna...

This motel may be cheap but literally the worst motel out there. 1.) it’s infested with Drugs 2.)Nit safe for kids due to all the drugs 3.) do not bring your pets here unless they have vaccinations because they parvo out on the ground and we had 3 dogs die because of the parvo. (parvo is a deadly dog disease.) 4.)Manger is Notjing but hungry money. 5.) he tried to have our car towed even tho we told him it was broke down and could not be moved. Absolutely ridiculous 6.) if you have pets or don’t wanna waste your money or don’t feel like arguing with the manager over stupid stuff than I would highly recommend a different hotel. We stayed at the hotel April 8 -10 200 We booked two rooms and the smell in the rooms was horrible, we made a fast trip to walmart for Lysol spray, sheets, towels and air freshner. The mattress and box springs where very old and torn up, wall paper is peeling off the wall. We turned the sheets down in room 104 and there were holes in the sheets, I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not have any buttons or cords. I went to another to call and was told there was not maids on site but they would bring us sheets and we could change them. You can not plug in the mini frige, mircowave and tv at the same time. The pool was dirty and the filter system does not work. I would never tell anyone to stay there. There was a sign that said no refunds. We stayed but used our own sheets, pillows and blankets.
