If I could give less than one star, I would. We went in around 6:45 for dinner and had to wait at least 5 minutes for the server to even come and greet us; I had to go get our menus. The first thing she said to us when she walked up to our table was, "Sorry, I'm the only server," but the restaurant was empty aside from us. We waited 10 minutes for 3 drinks to come to the table, our waitress again apologizing repeatedly for the wait, as she was helping the people that came in for a pick-up order. My husband wanted a pan pizza (the whole reason we went), but they were out of large pan pizza dough for the night...said they were prepping it for the next day. Again, our waitress apologizing over and over. I ordered a side salad with my meal and was told she would go get that made as soon as she put in the order. Several minutes later, I had to go to the register to ask her for my salad. She then went back into the kitchen and we could hear the staff yelling back and forth at each other over the salad. When she finally brought my salad, she sat it down and said she was going to go get me another ranch (I did not eequest this, just said, "thanks"). It took her no less than 3 minutes to return with the ranch, and I told her that both my bowl and my fork were sticky. She offered to take them back into the kitchen but I told her I could do it if I could just get a clean bowl and fork. And again she just responded with, "I'm so sorry," and disappeared into the kitchen. 5 minutes later, we decided that we would call it quits. We paid for the one drink that wasn't water and left. Read moreI went to this location tonight for my daughter's birthday. It was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. There is 1 server. We had 15 people. When we went in he told us to sit anywhere. I explained we had 15 people. He said you can move tables around..... Ummm ok. We set up the tables. 10 minutes later he came over to take our drink order. (There were no other customers) almost 15 minutes after that he started bringing out drinks 2 at a time. Ended up forgetting 2 drinks. We ordered the pizzas. He comes back 20 minutes later to tell us they don't have enough deep dish dough for half of the pizzas we ordered. So we changed them to medium instead of large. I ordered 1 special pizza because I can't eat tomato sauce. The pizzas started coming out 1 at a time for almost an hour, then I was informed (90 minutes in to this fiasco) that my pizza was dropped and they don't have anymore deep dish dough left at all. They can make more but it had to proof for a hour or something. At this point I have not eaten anything. So I asked for a hand tossed. Over 2 hours for pizza is ridiculous. Generel Manager Michelle was on duty came to counter to help me place order with the online system. 35 minutes later I ask about my order. General Manager Michelle said they had not started my order because she was unsure if I wanted it. Meanwhile I had been waiting in the lobby all this time for an order that they never began preparing. Have an experienced person answering the phone. Have a manager on duty who actually follows through and takes care of the customer. Send your management team to classes on what their job entails when it comes to customer service. Why is all the help new? Could be a management issue where she is running off all the employees? Finally the management and staff an are a reflection of your Pizza Hut brand.
