Fai's Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Dennis Township

we drove here to order takeout. Upon getting there, there is a sign on the door that they do not take in person takeout orders and to either call or order online. We called, from Outside the restaurant (which has people in it), no one picked up. We then tried to place an online order. Just as we were completing our order and inputting payment information, there is an error message that they are not accepting takeout orders. Then, we finally go inside to ask and you can only dine in for the next 40 minutes. A complete waste of time and incredibly inconvenient...

We neither died from hunger, nor were we killed by pirates! Nothing dampens the joys of a birthday dinner with family like service so slow, that the elder members of the party begin to pass on, their legacies left for their grandchildren, while their children struggle with the inevitable, and find themselves filling the shoes of the departed. Not at Fai's! So many tasty options! And none of them involve being sold to pirates as deckhands, nor being tossed to the waiting arms of ravenous octopuses. Three...

I walked in there to place a takeout order. There were 4 kids (non chinese) behind the counter standing there and I was told that ""We cannot take your order because we're too busy".....HUH?????? Turning customers away? Then I asked about sitting down in the restaurant just to see what they would say and they told me "yes". Then I asked what the difference was~ya still gotta make the food.... 4 stupid looking white kids in a chinese restaurant.
