My menu had burrito (chicken burrito) for $11.25 . I call it in they say it's $14.39 Ok maybe my menu is old. I drive there she rings it up $14.39 and says you don't care about the change do you . I don't have any quarters . As I am putting a couple of dollars in the tip jar. Ok fine. I pick up a menu off of the counter. It has the price at $12.99. I asked the girl why she said I don't put the prices on the menu do you want to speak to a manager. I say sure. A guy comes out and said what's up buddy. I told him what was bothering me. He picks up a menu and turns it over and says it has right here Prices subjected to change without notice. So I say I guess these menus are useless then if you are going to just change you prices without notice then why put the price on the menu we can just guess then . You are going to make up the price and talk to me like I am wrong for questioning it. Then you just last one customer and get free advertisement from me. When I placed an order for the special we didnât mention âthe specialâ so we were charged separately for each item. When I brought it to her attention she told me that they are so busy that she doesnât care. I guess they arenât concerned with customer service. Itâs not about the money itâs about the tone and how I was treated as if I was trying to use a coupon. So I told her I will tell everyone to ask about the âspecialsâ when ordering so you donât get ripped off like it did. The pizza also went downhill from last year and the mozzarella sticks were undercooked.
Update: To the owner with the nasty reply to my review. I gave you one star as the quality of your food went down and also your customer service. Your response confuses me as I never called you.    Read moreI ordered the Mahi tacos and a side of street corn. The mahi was so dry I couldnât even eat it. You could even tell by looking at the fish in the tacos it was super dry. Also the street corn looked like old frozen corn that was mixed with salsa and some cheese thrown onto. It even had strange color to it to hide the old corn color Iâm sure. It also doesnât taste great. I have purchased from this establishment a few times and it has always been this same quality of food. I wonât be back this time. I tried to give them a chance but 3 times and the same results.. itâs just lack of caring for the food and lacking fresh ingredients.. đđ»
