I love the smoothie bowls. I get one 2-3 sometimes 4xs a week. They have started reducing the amount in the bowl by 1/3. These cost $12. When I ask why I’m told they are too messy if they are filled to the top. I explained I don’t mind and that I’m being cheated out of what I paid for. If you’re going to reduce what’s in the bowl then reduce the price. I’m not longer going to go to this Smoothie King if this is how customers are to be treated. Think about it; I’m spending around $48 per week there. Well, I thought I would try smoothie king again to see if things have changed. Below is a photo of what they served me today (7/7/24). Next there’s a stock photo of how you advertise the smoothie bowls. Quite a bit of difference.

This is the third time in a row I have had incidents with my order at this location. Entire bottom half of smoothie is completely full of ice. I watched the employee come short of filling the cup and the other employee just kept telling her to add ice and water. Also watch the employee put her bare hands in the cup to try and dry a cup out and then put someone smoothie in it. The last two times I’ve paid to have peanut butter added but never tasted it like I normally do . Prior to the last 3-4 years experiences the service was great.

Placed a mobile order this morning. When my husband started drinking his, there were pieces of plastic in his smoothie. He called and spoke to manager. She was very “no big deal”, “nothing we can do about it”. He asked for a refund, she said she would try but wasn’t sure she could do that. We asked for a call back from a GM and have heard nothing. For a chain company, they care little about their customers and customer service. Don’t go here unless you want chunks of material in your smoothie!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Smoothie King on Teasley in Denton TX and was absolutely delighted with the customer service provided by Juanita. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, instantly making me feel welcome.

Throughout my visit, the she demonstrated exceptional knowledge about the menu options and was able to provide valuable recommendations based on my preferences and dietary needs. Juanita patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with my smoothie choice.

Being is public service for the last 20 years, Juanita models the type of customer service that we look for our employees as well. I believe I found my new location.

Friendly staff, clean store.

We got smoothie bowls today. Delicious and so glad that they added these to their menu!

The woman at the counter heard me mention to my son that the one he was considering had a Peanut butter drizzle on it. Before we even ordered, she proactively asked if he has an allergy, and she said she could sub another topping and would be careful when preparing it. I truly appreciate this as it can sometimes lead to a lecture at some places advising that they can't guarantee, blah, blah, blah...
