Whoa. This place has gone downhill. My husband I have been here many times over the last 6 months and have really liked the food. Today we decided to call in an order because we didn't feel like getting there and having to wait. I quickly gave my simple, uncomplicated order for two BST (Bacon spinach tomato) sandwiches, one with an egg added, and the girl asked when I wanted to get it, I said asap and she said she'd get on it and have it ready when we got there. So we left the house about 10 minutes later. I walked in and was surprised because there was only one person there eating in a corner. Place was empty. There were 3 people behind the counter just hangin out, chattin. I asked for my order and the young girl at the register said casually, "Ooooh yeah. Did you have 2 BST sandwiches?" I said yes. She said nothing else, and walked away, and looked like she was making a coffee for someone who had walked in behind me. I paid and tipped nicely and then nothing happened. A few minutes later it looked like one of the girls behind the counter was making something so I walked over and asked what had happened and she said in a causal, no big deal voice, "I guess she (motioning to the other girl) forgot to tell us there was an order. We do online orders on our website." I told her that we had tried to initially order online and the website was confusing, to which she says in the rudest voice, "Well if you'll WAIT for me to make all this FOOD (still only 2 customers in the whole place) I'll show you how it works." (like I'm an idiot). There was never any apology for the mixup, not even a tone of voice that communicated any sense of being sorry. I waited 10 minutes for our food and when we went home, BOTH sandwiches were cold and had egg and some kind of disgusting processed cheese on them. Awful. We'll never be going back. Sad because this place used to be good. I was so shocked because I've never been treating so rudely by someone in my life. I'm 43 and this is the first bad review of anything I've written in my life. That's saying something. No wonder the...
Read moreReturning to the coffee place where my husband and I had our first date feels like stepping back in time to a moment filled with love and excitement. The cozy ambiance, friendly staff, and aroma of freshly brewed coffee are just as inviting as we remembered. Sitting down with an Horcha Latte our favorite drink in hand, we couldn't help but reminisce about how our relationship blossomed over cups of rich, aromatic coffee in this very spot. The barista skillfully crafted our drinks with care and precision, making each sip a moment to savor. The experience was not just about the coffee, but about the memories and moments shared in this special place. It's a testament to the lasting charm and warmth of Cherry Bean that we continue to return, finding solace and joy in every visit. Thank you to the owner and staff for always making us feel welcome and for serving up the perfect cup of Horcha Latte to accompany our journey together. We look forward to many more visits filled with love, laughter, and, of course, our...
Read moreCherry Bean is a very pleasant place to sit and chat, read, or work. They have plentiful beverage options with some unique choices.
They have plenty of seating, including a large table that is wide enough for two laptops back to back. So nice for a work day here. Their internet is free and good speed. They also offer printing which could be helpful.
The staff is usually quite nice and always helpful. Sometimes the early mornings can get to them as they do to us all.
All the beverages I have tried here have been good. From classic coffee drinks to flavored lattes to smoothies. I like that they have unique flavor options and not always just syrups. They also have changing drink specials which is fun.
They do not have a ton of vegan food options but occasionally there are some and they have dairy free milks...
