Called & ordered a pizza for delivery at 4:26pm-knowing it would be busy with the Ava game. Was told it was about 1 hour & 45 minute delivery time. 2 hours & 15 minutes later I called to check why it wasn’t here & was told they had it marked for pick up. It would be an additional hour or longer for them to deliver. I asked to speak to the manager & he was extremely short with me & said he was really busy & asked if he could call me back around 8pm (an hour & a half later). I explained to him that this was their mistake & they should make it right. I said the least they could do is comp it or make it a priority in their deliveries at which time he agreed to comp it. Great cold free pizza that I have to go get in the middle of the Stanley cup playoff game. Seriously-their mistake & they couldn’t care less. This will be the last time I order from them. They need to be schooled on...

I order from here often and they have never forgotten anything, the ordering process is easy and they are cool as a cucumber over the phone. They are also patient if you have questions about their simple but surprisingly broad menu. The staff is always respectful and kind, and they always bring my food waay faster than they say they will. 10/10 service, these guys rock.
Also, the pizza is so good. The crust is the best part, the dough that they use make the whole pizza, regardless of toppings, is stupid good, and if you pair it with their spicy ranch it’s unbelievable. I usually don’t look forward to pizza crust, but with cosmos I do.
Years ago I used to get cosmos all the time in Boulder. I would wait in line for it, and I tried it again years later after trying a ton of other places and I swear nothing...
Read moreThe employees were not only rude but also seemed unfamiliar with their own menu. When I placed my order in clear English, the person assisting me acted as though he couldn’t understand, despite my repeated attempts to communicate. Instead of making an effort to resolve the situation, he called over another employee to translate—when no translation was necessary.
As someone born and raised in the United States, I found this interaction frustrating and concerning. It felt dismissive and, frankly, discriminatory. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or treated differently based on assumptions about language...
