We recently got access to this studio through a partnership with our existing gym. I am SO GLAD that partnership exists, as I'm not sure I would have made it here otherwise. I've been to a handful of yoga studios and classes over the years. I can say without a doubt that Better Buzz is among my favorites. The studio itself it cute, intimate, and incredibly well maintained. What's even more important, though, is that it is incredibly welcoming: it's one of those rare places that seems to have established a strong culture of community that is somehow welcoming to even newcomers. This is not true of most gyms or studios I have been to in Denver and elsewhere.
Part of my comments on the welcoming vibe come from the instruction itself. After having experienced a handful of classes now, I have had ~4 different instructors. Each has had their own style, but each has also been awesome and catered to a wide range of experience and skill levels. As a relative beginner to yoga, this has made me feel both motivated and welcomed.
I'm so excited that Better Buzz has some of these partnerships in the area and look forward to continuing...
Read moreI've been attending classes at BBY for a few months now and it's been such a phenomenal way to find community (and intentional movement!) again after the pandemic. The instructors are super sincere and sweet and I've found they really make an effort to remember your name and face. Each instructor brings their own perspective to class and the studio encourages them to teach in their own style. The greater community at BBY is friendly and of varying ages, experiences, body types, etc - I've made friends already and feel super comfortable introducing myself to people there. I've been a member at other studios and (truly!) BBY is my absolute favorite. I will forever prefer to support locally-owned yoga and BBY shines far beyond nearby corporate studios. Thanks for all you do BBY team! Excited to continue growin...
Read moreA welcoming studio for all ages, skillsets, bodies and beliefs. They have a great range of offerings, from more physically challenging (Lauren's Saturday Powerful Flow always leaves me sore) to more mentally stimulating (Mel's Sunday class has taught me so much about being in my body with my breath). The teachers are all very kind and knowledgeable, and I was impressed that many of them learned my name after just 2 classes. (I previously attended another studio for 6 months where I reintroduced myself every week). Other students are very friendly and the classes are small enough that you'll quickly learn familiar faces, even with lots of class times to choose from. Whether you're a new or experienced yogi, you'll love your experience at...
