One-line Review: Decent Pizza, Disappointing Pricing Mix-Up!
Taste: 4/5 Quantity: 4/5 Quality: 4/5 Value for Money: 5/5 Service: 1/5 Hygiene: 4/5 Environment: 3.5/5 Overall: 2/5
➡️ First Impression: I visited Domino’s Pizza at 18630 Green Valley Ranch Blvd, Denver, CO 80249, hoping for a quick lunch, but the pricing confusion and location challenges left a sour note despite the tasty food. Finding the place was difficult, adding to the hassle.
➡️ What I Ordered: I initially tried ordering a vegetarian pizza online but found the prices too high. I visited the store instead, ordered a medium pizza for $20, then recalled a $9.99 ad. After asking, the staff said it was an online-only deal, so I ordered a large pizza online, which cost $10.91 after taxes—a much better deal.
➡️ Taste & Quality: The pizza taste was good—the vegetarian toppings were fresh, and the cheese was nicely melted, making it an enjoyable meal. The quality felt solid for a quick pizza, meeting my expectations.
➡️ Portion vs Price: The large pizza for $10.91 after taxes offered a good quantity, especially compared to the $20 in-store price, making it a fair value once I switched to online. The medium pizza’s price felt overinflated without the discount.
➡️ Service & Environment: The service was decent—the person who took my order was very nice but not helpful, failing to mention the online deal until I brought it up, which frustrated me. The waiting time of 20 minutes was normal, but the small store lacked indoor seating and had a very small parking lot that could hardly fit 3 cars, adding to the inconvenience. The environment was clean but felt cramped due to the limited space.
➡️ Final Thoughts: Domino’s in Denver serves a good-tasting pizza, especially at the $10.91 online price for a large, but the initial pricing confusion, unhelpful staff, and difficulty finding the location with its tiny parking lot left me disappointed. The small store and no seating were drawbacks, but I’ll stick to online orders next time—my advice to others too!
Recommendations for Improvement: • Train staff to proactively inform customers about online deals. • Expand the parking lot or provide better signage for easier location. • Consider adding indoor seating or a waiting area. • Keep up the tasty pizza and clean store!

Read moreEdit: had recently heard that this establishment had had new management, so I tried it again to my dismay. When I ordered my pizza, it came basically uncooked it was pretty much just though I remember the middle bite of a slice that I had tasted like dough wasn’t crunchy at all wasn’t really cooked. I ended up throwing up and this place is a place you shouldn’t even bother going to . These people are just here for a paycheck. They don’t really care how they do their job terrible .This Domino's was literally the worst I have ever ordered from. I've ordered from here before and everything used to be okay I don't know if they have new management but it has gone downhill. First off Domino's in general has one of the worst apps in history and it can also be said that most of the time it does not work. I ordered the same meal three times on the app and it only went through once, only on my bank account though the order never went through. This means that I got charged without any food coming my way. Okay, cool, so maybe their app doesn't work. So then I proceed to call and place my order and it takes a little while to go through, it sounds like they have a call center now and they don't take orders in the store anymore. Awesome so now I order and wait for my order to come through and continue to wait and wait and receive no calls so I end up calling the store. I proceed to talk to a rude person on the phone saying that they're closed and that my order is out and should be delivered soon so I wait. I end up waiting for about 20 minutes and my food never arrived so I call again to talk to the same rude person who says my orders been canceled and the delivery driver tried to get in and tried to call three times and took the delivery driver's word for it and not mine. I guess the customer is not always right because I never received three calls, understatement of the year is this is probably the worst managed Domino's Pizza in all of Colorado. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else get some other food order blackjack or from another location cuz this is not the...
Read moreWe usually receive decent service from the Domino's on GVR Blvd, we order regularly. Unfortunately, tonight was not the case. I completed/submitted an online order at 6:44, the message said it would be 41-45 minutes. 75 minutes later, I called the store to ask where the order was. I was told they were backed up (and apparently short staffed based on the recording stating they were hiring for managers and other positions). The young man I spoke with was very polite and apologized. I asked what compensation Domino's would provide for the inconvenience. He asked the mgr who said they couldn't do anything. He assured me the driver was on the way.I told him if online ordering had accurately stated 90+ minutes for delivery, I would not have ordered. I told him to please get ahold of his driver and tell him not to deliver because it had been too long. We left to go get food elsewhere. According to our neighbor, the pizza delivery person arrived at our house at 8:45 (in case you're not good with math, that's 2 hours AFTER the order was placed!)
I repeat, we normally receive decent service from this location. If I were to rate this based on 1/16/16 experience, I would give zero stars. It's ok you're backed up. Call or email to let me know so I can decide if my family should starve or not. And to management and corporate, there should be a policy in place for extreme situations....Domino's has worked very hard to rebuild and rebrand itself. Little things like...
