Okay dunkin' donuts here we go again! Do you just hire anybody on the street? Went through the drive through and wanted to order an item, but it didn't have listed options. What type of wraps there were, so I was trying to ask but all I got in response, what is an argument. She said, oh my God, it's listed on there. You have to look and see which one you want. I looked at that menu. There was no listing and I kept telling her.No, it's not listed. So what kinds do you have.? Her response, it was so darn quick. I didn't even catch what she said. Then she was arguing with me again, saying that it was on the billboard. I was so floored about her response. Then I couldn't even order. What manager would allow for this person to have an argument with customer? And delay everything? When all she had to do was just slowly tell somebody. This is what we have.Did you want to order. But she kept arguing Saying o m g just order already. What person would be okay receiving this kind of attitude? Did she not understand that people order products? Food drinks actually paid for her wages? That without customers there is no business?
The people that worked there when I got to the window. We're acting like I was a karen. In no way shape or form. Was I acting like a karen But actually pointing it out how horrible she was treating me and how I shouldn't have been treated that way. Plain and simple.
The response that I got from. I'm assuming the manager was total blow off. Like he was condoning, her behavior and then it was just fine how she'd answered to me.
Come on, dunkin' donuts. You can do better than that! You can show customer...
Read moreThank god their coffee is decent. About the only thing this location is good at. Went in there with my family from out of town that SWEAR by Dunkin. So decided against my Starbucks and went. Went through the drive through and after everything thing they kept saying “okay is that it?” Literally didn’t want me ordering. Pull up to the drive through and the kid is talking on his phone about something that happened the past weekend. So I basically had to sit and wait for him to finish and decide he wanted to work. Reached out to the store to let them know and the manager offers me free dozen donuts. So take more family in there this past Saturday and literally was so embarrassed we even decided to give them another shot. I told the girl I got an email (even showed it) to her from the manager.... she says let me go ask. Being a precious barista at Starbucks, I KNOW the manager would personally come out and apologize for the experience. NOPE. She hid behind the counter. We were the ONLY people in the store and no one in drive through. Took forever to get coffee we ordered. Had to walk up to the pick up area and ask for my mother in laws coffee that we had been waiting 10 mins for.... “oh yeah, sorry about that” as they are all just standing around talking. So they made it an iced one.. ummmm? We ordered hot. “Oh yeah sorry, didn’t read the screen right” they literally stood behind the counter and talked about us. Worst location ever. Go to Krista Kreme or Daylight Donuts!!! Save...
Read moreBusinesses should still be answering their business phone line, and they dont, they let it ring and ring. Perfect example of the worst customer service.
Reality check, ppl still use phone calls in society to communicate! Why does this seem to be so hard for ppl?? Lets stop claiming that being 'so busy' warrants being essentially lazy. Many of us have worked many jobs where multitasking was a must and very possible with attentiveness and effort. I've ran franchises with lines out the door and still attended to every duty, including answer the business phone, so all this lazy new age workforce 'I cant, theres no staff, theres too much to do' excuses need to stop. Seriously, its a bad look for business and an extremely poor representation of what a real work ethic (which actually is worth earning the pay) is supposed to look like
