Gennaro's Cafe Italiano

The RUDEST employees I have ever encountered at a bar. I really like their prices and their pizza, but 3 out of the 5 times I been in there in the last 2 months, I've been disgusted with the service.

Once i got yelled at by a male "manager" with a flat brim hat, because he wanted to go home, and i hadn't closed out my tab. (at 10:30) After he went inside, i asked a regular what his problem was, and they said: "Don't worry, he's just drunk"

Another time, I brought my friend in because he had a craving for good pizza. I thought, Gennero's has good beer and pizza, so we walked over from my house. No one served us for more that 10 minutes, even though there were 2 bar tenders on staff. Finally the cook came over and said "What do you want?!" It was in a manner of frustration. We left...

The last time I walked in thinking, "I'll give them another shot." I walk to the end of the bar and sit down. The "manager" with the flat brim hat and blonde hair walks up and says, "You can't sit here, I'm working on that" while pointing to the arm rest. I got up, I mentioned that he should put a sign up. In a childish taunt, he replied "YOU PUT A SIGN UP!" What?! Yup, he was drunk again.

I immediately walk out.

I think Gennero's has lost the meaning of customer service. The only 2 times I've had a good night in this establishment, has been on a Wednesday, when a bartender named La Shea has been working. I've given Gennero's plenty of chances, and your three strikes are up. It's a bummer that a bar within walking distance of my house, has left such a sour taste in my mouth.
