Hinman Pie — Restaurant in Denver

I'd purchased pies from another bakery for the holiday but we were gifted an assortment of Hinman Pies hand pies by a friend. Long story short the other pies didn't get eaten and everyone raved about how delicious the Hinman's pies were. I don't even normally eat pie but everyone boasted about the "yummy" pies and I just had to try them. Gotta say they were pretty darn good. THE HANDHELD APPLE PIES!!! OMG! I need everyone to stop what they are doing and grab one expeditiously. My friend and I accidentally walked into a farmers market and by beautiful fate, we stumbled upon this kiosk. I almost walked by but I am glad I stopped long enough to set my eyes on the perfectly created pies. That first bite? Impeccable. The remaining bites? While attending the Denver Flea Holiday Craft Fair, we had the opportunity to try, and then purchase several baked items from Hinman's Bakery. WOW!

We purchased and thoroughly enjoyed the Green Chili Pastry, and the Cherry Puff Pastry (sorry if those are not the correct names for the two items), WOW! Flaky crust, crunchy just the right amount of sweetness, and Yummy! Did I mention both were delicious?!

Yummy, mouth watering, and simply delicious!
