The first time I went I paid four hundred dollars for me and two little girls. I got my feet full set, oh my hands. The person who did my feet had a terrible attitude. I had purchased the highest package and she still has giving me the lowest baggage. In a sense let me explain She did not claim my cuticles, clean under my nails. Clean around my toes under my feet.No matter of fact, she didn't even let me soak my feet as I should have... And she came right up to me and started putting on acrylic after driving my feet, they hadn't soaked, she hadn't cleaned them, she hadn't prepped them. The acrylic was so bad that you can see some of the dirt. It's still around the place. S you should have cleaned up. It's stuck to the acrylic. It just wasn't nice looking.. Then the management had to come because I asked her, could you fix it? She rolls her eyes.If those are stuffed down, goes to the back starts arguing in her language with the other ones about me . This is all after I had already tipped everyone. Management comes the later this sits in the front closest to the door to fix it.Yes, she did an amazing beautiful job, but I still did not get the cleaning of my cuticles around my cuticles, under the toenail, and I didn't get my soak. After getting them fixed, I figured it's great. We're all done, and my toes did look good. I came back to get my nails done in the next day. The management did my nails. They look gorgeous, but she did not properly deal with my mailbits. They're so sore that I can't grab things. She filed him down and damaged him. I have hotspots, all ten fingers, and if i tap them or grab things. It hurts badly. I can feel something under the nails going wrong. So please just be careful. This place isn't paying attention to your nail health. Some of the tools are dirty and your nose will be damaged sore... I'm very disappointed after someone told me. This would be a great place. I will...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE… there are pros and cons to this place. I took my daughters there to get them each a full set of nails. One of my daughters already had some nails on so they had to take them off and do new ones. My other daughter got a simple SIMPLE design of rainbow colors on her nails. I also got a basic pedicure. The prices were listed at $38.50 for each full set and the same price for the basic pedicure. I’ll start with my pedicure. When I told the lady which one I wanted she asked if I wanted shellac colors. I said no and that I couldn’t afford that. She wouldn’t take no for an answer. I went back and forth with her for 10 mins then she finally gave up. Now on to my daughter who had nails on already. They did an absolute wonderful job on her nails (see photo of her nails with stars on them). They also did a great job on my other daughters nails. No complaints about the services provided. Everything looked great. Where I have a problem is that NO ONE told us of all these little hidden fees. I budgeted for $115 plus a tip. When I went to pay the total was $200! Of course I said something and they told me that they charged for removing my daughters existing nails, the star stickers that were put on her nails, and the simple rainbow design on my other daughters nails. At no point did ANYONE inform us that there were fees for any of these things. They only told me AFTER I was shocked by the total price. Even though they did great work, I will never go there again due to the fact that they hid all of these fees from us and then just expected me to pay over $200. They need to tell their customers about each fee. Had we known that there would be a charge to put stickers and rainbow colors onto their nails we never would’ve done so. They really should be ashamed...
Read moreI should have paid attention to the reviews. They do good work however they up charge at every turn. I took my niece here to get a refill/rebase which of course I called and confirmed the price of $45 before I came in. Reason being is when I took her to get said full set they up-charged. What I wanted was a regular degular full set which was $35. After that was said and done it was $85+ tip. I also scheduled myself a pedicure. When I got there for my appointment it was as if I never scheduled a pedicure with them at all. I set my niece up and waited for someone to direct me to a seat which of course never happened. A lady walked in not 10 minutes after we arrived for a pedicure and they set her up. That was baffling but what happened next put the nail in the coffin for me. I asked two of the men if someone could do a wax service for me. The first man didn’t respond to me at all. The second man said he was new and wasn’t sure but he’d ask someone and let me know. By now my nieces rebase is finished but I was not leaving until I had my chin waxed. Long story longer. I said , “who in here can wax my chin?” So a lady said she would. The pamphlet advertising said $10 so that’s what I expected it to be. So when going to pay for my niece and I the lady said ,”$70” I couldn’t figure out for the life of me how and when 45+10 equates to 70. Turns out the rebase was $50 and my chin wax was $20 if that’s what it is then say that from the beginning. I will not set foot in this...
