20 minutes to the closest qdoba besides this one is worth the drive. Requested keto bowl in person. They didn't t know what it is, and we then had to explain it and read it off the app. Then, they forget to add the double protein. We asked them to add it while we are paying. They say they can't cause we already paid, and they would have to charge us for double protein, which they already did. After asking them to fix the order, they explained that if we had bought it on the app, they would have made it without charging us extra, but because we came in person, they wouldn't. They weren't willing to fix the order, and they didn't want to provide us a refund because they "already made it." Reading the other reviews looks like a re-occurring theme. The morning shift team is rude and need customer service/managerial training. It’s unfortunate because we frequent this location. I sent my partner in to get a breakfast bowl. When he returned, the bowl barely had any food. Just eggs and pico with very little potatoes or chicken. Not even a true portion size by Qdoba’s standards.

When I called to address the issue, the manager had zero customer service. She stated that my partner didn’t specify what size bowl. Isn’t it the employees job to ask regular or small? And it doesn’t matter if it was a small or regular that PORTION of food was nonexistent. As a manager she failed to address my concerns and was defensive. When we came back to get the correct amount she said nothing to us and STILL barely gave us any protein in a tiny cup.

You all need to do a better job training your managers to pay attention to what the customer is saying especially if they aren’t being rude. FIX the poor attitude, and service customers with care...

Terrible experience ordering breakfast this morning. I got three burritos all with queso. The queso was watered down so bad it made my burrito soggy and it didn't taste like anything. Super disappointed. I live in Aurora so driving back is a huge hassle in rush hour traffic! When I got near home I tried it and it was terrible!!!! I called the manager Maria and informed her. She didn't care in fact told me that the burrito and ingredients were quality and asked if I poured something on the burrito. I asked for her manager and she told me to call back later. Maybe tomorrow. Extremely unprofessional!! I told her no I need to speak with your manager this is not acceptable. She would not allow me to contact her manager or someone higher but told me she would call back. Never called back with a number and brushed it off.
