You always get what you pay for - anywhere. And although I tend to stuff myself with possibly a more standard... egg rolls, wontons, vegetable fried rice and lo mein everything is always hot and ready (as is their buffet style set up) and they are always very fast to make sure I've been address with service. I do not believe they use cat instead but I can assume it is lower grade meats/ possibly just very freezer preserved or something do to keeping up with an extremely low cost. The $4.90 is one of the best ways to feed a person in the city coming with Huge portions of everything. You get 2 entree orders a huge base of either fried rice or lo mein 2 wontons(or 1 egg roll instead) and a can of Pepsi product. How can you go wrong there for 10 cents under $5.00 in this day ... To me the portions have consistently been 2x if not 3x that of any American mall buffet I've ever been to without a doubt but I'm sure there is a "better" place to get your favorite Chinese dish if you are looking for a fine dining experience - but if you want some quick Chinese food with a buffet style (choose 2 entree and 1 base+a side and drink) type scoop and serve Chinese place then this is THE place to find...

Reviews for places like this are tricky. If you typically eat fast food, spend less than $5 on lunch, or consider Wendy’s an upgrade choice, the review is clear: “Great food, great price, I’ll go again.” If you have ever spent $30/pp on Chinese food, you rate this place two stars at best.

You already know what to expect: Huge piles of cheap, mediocre food. The dishes and quality are right out of a 1993 Midwestern mall food court. The price performance is wildly impressive. Counter service Combo gets you two mains, side, and a bottled drink for about $10. Add $1.50 or so for some soup.

The food was all meh all the time. Orange Chicken tasted OK but as others noted on the edge of rubbery. The Mongolian Beef had, I think, actual cow in it. Poor quality meat; onions and peppers fresh and tasty. Spring Roll was excellent and the standout winner. Hot and Sour Soup was the worst I’ve ever had in my life (and I love this dish.) Hot chili oil was beyond gross.

Summary: Really cheap food. Excellent price performance. I’ll never return only because I think I’d rather spend $7 more and have higher quality of food. Unless you really need a giant pile of food for $10,...

I went to buy four lunch specials and instead of stuffing each item we chose into one box I asked them to separate it put in rice and noodles and the other and so forth well I ended up being charged a lot of money for that instead of the lunch special price and they didn't even give me the drinks. No napkins and no soy sauce either 🙂 Oh and was very nasty about it when I asked about correcting it. I come here every now and again because my dear grandmother used to love to eat the fish and shrimp here... They just ruined that for me. Never again. I should have stopped coming here because years ago I gave him a $50 bill and they gave me change back as if I gave them a $20. And they got really hostile and almost violent but I wasn't going to leave without my money and I didn't. They had to call the owner or someone to look at the cameras and prove it and I sure did stay and wait. I've learned my lesson this time! Just a rude...

One thing I can say is this place always has fresh food. Typical Chinese per scoop environment but with flavor. You can tell how much I like the food... because I drive by many per the scoop places on my to this location. I drive from SE Aurora to Denver just for them. The employees are nice, they dont engage in small talk but it is ok. The combos are 3 items... Rice/Lo mein and 2 entrees... you can choose wonton or egg roll plus you get a canned soda.. all for around $6-7. Nice!!! And no I don't get paid to talk about them, but honestly I would have liked to read about a restaurant and kind of have a picture or example of what to order or recommendations by someone else. Stay safe Colorado!!!

Lots of people in line when you come. They are popular because their combo meal is an awesome deal. I chose the noodles, but next time, I will stick with the fried rice as the noodles were thin and not like the lomein noodles that I'm used to. Food is a little oily, so shouldn't eat every day, unless you can pick something with less grease. Sitting area is nice and spacious. I went in line again and bought another box of fried rice and from the moment I first step foot into the restaurant 20 minutes before, to the time I went back for the rice, a lot of the food was already sold! I would definitely come again and try different dishes.
