I wish there was a way to give them 0 stars. I receive some of the worst customer service ever in my life. I had the manager hang up on me and threatened to call the police for me trying to get a higher manager than him on the phone. I call to have wings delivered at 12:30 they said it would take 45 minutes to be delivered. At 2:15 I called back about my wings and was put on hold for over 10 minutes they told me that it was placed as a pick up order. I specifically told them the address and they asked if it was a business or a home when they took the order. they said that they would get some wings over to me. At 3:05 the delivery driver shows up I asked him to please call his manager he told me to call on my phone. I called back and ask to speak with a manager was put on hold again for 11 minutes. the manager comes on the phone I tell him how I am not satisfied with how late my order is and ask him how he can help me he said this order was placed as a pickup and it was my fault. I said no and tried to explain the situation to him he started to speak over me I asked him not to speak over me and let me talk. The Pizza Hut manager said he did not have time for my nonsense and hung up on me. I called back and ask to speak to the general manager the same man came on the phone and said he was the general manager and told me if I call back again he would call the police on me for harassment. I never yelled at him or cussed at him and was not disrespectful in anyway the manager at Pizza Hut was disrespectful told me he did not have time to waste on me and threatened to call the police on me for trying to call 2 resolve a mistake that they made when they took down my order as a take out instead of delivery. I called their corporate office and was ushered that this would be addressed. I just can't believe how I was treated I worked in the customer service job and would never treat a customer like that. Read moreWell, I was really kind of apprehensive about placing this order for a Philadelphia steak pizza from Pizza Hut. And of course all of my fears were met my 1st fear was that they would not be able to match the cheese properly for a Philly steak sandwich....aaaahhhhemmmm.... imitation style sandwich pizza so actually they didn't really do a better but they did a good job on cheese because multiple analysts have concluded the classic cheese for a philly steak sandwich is a combo of mozzarella, american, and provalone.....cheese whiz!

You would think an international restaurant chain would have done some research....."PHILLY STEAK" means exactly that. STEAK! OR BEEF, OR SOMETHING MORE THAN LESS THAN 2 OUNCES OF PROTIEN. I honestly don't think the amount of beef served was even a mere idea of a true Philly steak portion.
Pizza Hut.... sell your recipe for the true thick and chewy crust and the classic red sauce. Close your doors. 50 years ago I worked for you, youngest ast manager in the history of your company. I still boast about that and will continue, but either make drastic changes or close the doors.

Read moreHorrible service. Showed up to dine in at about 9:20 pm, we were immediately told that they close at 10 when we asked if we could still dine in. We decided to stay, were hardly acknowledged by either employee the entire time we ordered, and received glares when we asked any questions, but no answers. We were not even informed of when our food was ready; we had to go check on our order to know if was done. Most chairs had already been stacked when we walked in well before closing, and one employee started vacuuming right next to us at about 9:55 with no regard to our personal space. The second 10 pm rolled around, this employee came over to our table, informed us they were closed, and stared at us until we stated that we were almost done. The employee then proceeded to talk to someone on her personal phone about how she was trying to get out of there; we were not the only customers still in the building, and were gone by 10:05, so did not exactly keep her there late. This was easily the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere, and I've eaten in places where the servers only checked in once it was time to pay the check.
