The owner Tracey is phenomenal and is very polite and acknowledgable. However, I had a issue with a stylist that works there independently as she stated Annie. My hairstylist was going to be out of town so she referred Annie. Annie told me to contact her on her phone and she would set up a time with me to dye my hair the next day. So I did as she said , she never got back to me for the rest of the day. Thats fine because hairstylist get busy. The next morning I called her 9am to schedule a appointment. She ignored my call. So I thought maybe I got the number wrong. So I called the shop phone and Annie was there so I told her who I was and that I must of wrote down the wrong number. Annie ignored me when I said that and started to complain about how yesterday was a busy awful day and she can squeeze me in Friday. Keep in mind she said Thursday. I said that's fine how much she said 70$ and that Tracey is being nouve charging me less. I was wondering why all the hostility and where it was coming from. So I told her its fine I will wait and if she was too busy I can wait until the own gets back and I hung up. Annie proceeded to text my phone to argue with me!!!! Seriously unprofessional. I told her if she was to busy respectfully I could of waited and that's all she had to say. Very unsatisfied how people have no communication skills. Ms Tracey never treated...

I really wanted and needed to like this place but unfortunately that didn't happen. I'll start off by saying the people are really nice but the business is unprofessional. I had an appointment at 3 pm and didn't get started till 5 pm. Then after sitting for almost an hour for a 15 min deep conditioner I got up to find my stylist, Annie. She was with another client and told me that she needed more time and that my style was going to take way more time than I had. I needed to be out by 7 and reminded her my appointment was at 3 which should have allowed plenty of time! I was so upset, almost cried because I had an event that evening. Fast forward she rinses my conditioner out and I tell her I will have to leave because there would be no way to get things done on time. Very nicely, though I was shocked she said "okay, that will be $25 for the wash." The wash that took TWO hours out of my day, the wash that I provided the conditioner for and cap...I'm just lucky my parents raised me right because at this point I almost lost it. I politely said I wasn't paying that seeing how my appointment was at 3 and it was 5:30 and I couldn't get what I came for. If anyone knows a good place for a rod set on natural curly hair...pleaaasssseeee...

(LONG RANT) I was in need of hair wash and condition and they did not fell I was referred there by someone to Tracy and let me just say I don’t just let anyone mess with my hair but I’m a traveling nurse and could not walk around looking crazy I called spoke with Tracy mom Ms. Galine she said Tracy could not take me but she could and said I could come on in I arrived and walked in and everyone was pleasant I spoke with Tracy told her I was referred to her but it was no big deal just was having convo with her about how I found them then Ms. Galine (mom) took me to the back washed and conditioned me mind you I took braids down and did not comb my hair she had patience did not complain then she sat me under dryer to deep condition unbeknownst to me Tracy came and washed me out and took me on as a client even though she did not have to because I was good with moms I say all that to say expect GREAT service and compassion because anybody else could of said NO but she took time to go ahead and take me and I am more than satisfied it was just like I was home back in FL getting my hair done… I appreciate them so much and will be back as long...
