Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Denver

We ordered delivery online, directly through Jet’s website. The delivery was almost an hour (55 minutes) late, and most items were cold. We had tried to call the store, several times, for updates at the phone number listed on their website & on google but we got a message that that the number was busy/disconnected. The driver finally arrived, right as we were ordering a replacement dinner, & he told us an oven had gone out and that our order had been burned and needed to be remade. Despite the remake, most of our food was still cold when it arrived . The store never called us to alert us to the delay, didn’t give us anything to compensate for the delay, and didn’t offer any kind of credit for next time. I work in the hospitality industry and would be absolutely appalled to see a customer have such an experience.

It’s a shame, the flavors were good on the food and I am sure we would have really liked it if it was hot, fresh, & on-time. We live in a pizza desert and have been looking for a good new joint. After our experience tonight, we sadly are not likely to order delivery from Jet’s in the...

I used to love this place. I ordered doordash from them a few different times in the past month. Tonight I ordered my food and there was the longest black hair in my food. And what's worse is I didn't know it until I was literally pulling it out of my mouth. So then I proceeded to throw up and I obviously wasted my money. And then when I called to tell them, just as a courtesy. I wasn't rude but I definitely was upset. And I think anyone would be. But then the manager tried to tell me that everyone on her staff tonight is a boy and has short hair. As if that even matters. I don't care who's working tonight. The point is there was a big long black hair in my food. And when I told her that she needs to have that employee put their hair up and that they need to throw away that batch of food she really didn't have much to say. So my point is don't eat here because obviously they're not going to throw it away. And that's disgusting. Ps. I have very very short blond hair and I live alone. Peep the photo,...

I’m literally ruined for the rest of my life and I regret having this pizza and I wish I would’ve never tried it…. Because now I’m gonna want this pizza all the time and I don’t need this in my life lol.

I kept seeing reviews for this pizza pop up online and I did not think we even had Jets in Colorado so I decided to try it. That crunch on the crust is no joke like that is legit.

The beautiful thing about pizza is that it’s individual. There is a type of pizza out there for everybody and Detroit style is my pizza type. If you were the kid who appreciated the greasy, crispy, crunchy pan pizza at Pizza Hut, this is gonna be your jam.

I think I literally could just order a pizza with no toppings as long as I got that amazing crust, it is so good!

I was really starting to think that I wasn’t a pizza person just because I haven’t found a pizza that I really fell in love us, but this is it! Delicious sauce, great cheese, and amazing dough!
