REVIEWED BY A TRUE INDIAN - DO NOT EAT HERE

Calling this an Indian restaurant is a joke. We ordered Dal Makhni, Dal Tadka, Palak Paneer and Garlic Naan.

Not sure who taught the chef how to cook but the dal was horrendous. The dal makhni looked like mush(it’s supposed to be black urad dal) and had a very weird consistency. I even checked with the server and he was convinced that this was dal makhni. He then told us that the main chef was not working that day, and this was made by a junior chef. Irrespective of who made it I cannot imagine serving that crap and calling it dal makhni. For someone who didn’t know the difference they would be completely duped.

Now coming to the dal tadka. This is supposed to be yellow toor dal and what we got was a brown gravy looking dish with chunks of onion in it. Tasted terrible and I was again shocked that they would call this dal tadka. Another insult to Indians who know what dal tadka is supposed to look and taste like.

I would say the palak paneer and naan was their saving grace. The palak paneer was very very creamy but was ok for kids. The naan was decent.

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant if you’re trying to get authentic Indian food. Forget authentic this is not even how Indian food should taste. I was so horrified with the food that I offered to go in the kitchen and show the chef how to cook it if they wanted to know what authentic dal makhni should look and taste like.

Please please please do not go here if you are looking for an Indian meal...

Wonderful new place, very hole in the wall but incredibly comfy and inviting on the inside. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the food portions are massive. We usually don't have left overs...My brother, sister and I all left very stuffed with a least another meal or two worth of food left over.

The samosas are massive and the tamarind chutney that they serve with it is perfectly tangy and sweet. The cheese garlic naan is absolutely covered in cheese and was freshly made.

My brother is vegan and they have an entirely separate vegan menu. He had the veggie biryani and aloo paratha, the biryani was absolutely PACKED with so many different veggies and mix ins...mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, raisins, cashews, etc. The presentation was also very nice and appealing. The aloo paratha was stuffed to the brim with potatoes.

My sister got the butter chicken makhani and very much enjoyed it. I got the chicken masala and it was very well spiced, creamy and the tandoori chicken was perfectly cooked and fall apart tender.

We all ordered at a level 3 spice and it was a nice building spice, but we all really enjoy spicy food and will most likely order a 4 or 5 next time. My sister ordered a rice pudding to go and absolutely loved it.

We will definitely be back, the amount of food you get for the price is fantastic and the food quality and taste is phenomenal. This place has only been around about 5 months and they definitely deserve...

My husband and I came in tonight (Saturday evening).

This was HANDS DOWN the BEST Indian food we have ever had.

The sevice fast and friendly. Our food came out in no time.

We had the curry fries, cheese naan, and butter chicken. The cheese naan was ridiculously good. I will admit that cheese could be the base of my food pyramid, so I might be biased, but when you can SEE and TASTE the cheese, you know it is going to be good. And it was. I was actually sorry that we didn't get 2 orders of it...

The curry fries were served with the curry in the side, sort of like a dipping sauce, instead of just dumped on top. It was really good, and the fries were hot and crispy.

The butter chicken was EXCEPTIONAL. It was the perfect spice level (we've had both mild and medium) and soooo good. The mild isn't spicy at all and the medium has a pleasant heat, but isn't so spicy that you question all of your life decisons and wonder if it will ever be safe to rub yours eyes again. I have had butter chicken at other places before and its always been pretty good. This left every other place I've ever tried in the dust. Of note, we only ordered 1 butter chicken entree and it was plenty for the two of us.

This restaurant is located in a small strip mall and doesn't look like much from the street, but do not let that deter you from trying it. It's delicious and we will...

I ate here with some friends for dinner, and while it was a mostly positive experience, there were a few hits and misses with the food. I started with the Chicken Lollipop, which was easily the highlight of my meal. The exterior was perfectly crispy, while the inside remained moist and tender. The seasoning was flavorful, though I wish it had a bit more kick—definitely could’ve used some extra spice. I also tried the Mango Lassi and samosa, which were both decent. Next, I tried the Lamb Tandoori, which unfortunately fell short. Despite asking for medium spiciness, the lamb was dry and lacked the robust seasoning I was hoping for. It felt underwhelming compared to the other dishes. However, the Tikka Masala and naan were much better! The curry was rich and full of flavor, and the naan was soft, warm, and perfect for dipping. Overall, it was a good experience with a couple of standout dishes, though there's some room for improvement on the lamb. I'll definitely return for the chicken lollipops and tikka masala!

We dined as a party of four, and the overall culinary experience was delightful. Our selections included Aloo Pakora, Samosa Chat, Paneer Masala, Chicken Curry Masala, Chicken Noodles, Aloo Paratha and Garlic Naan. The Paneer Masala stood out with its rich flavors, while the Samosa Chat surpassed the quality of similar dishes in other Indian restaurants. However, the Aloo Pakora fell short in terms of portion size and presentation, resembling more of a potato chip than the anticipated Pakora. Regrettably, the Aloo Paratha disappointed with its blandness and excessive oiliness, deviating from the expected buttery texture and appearing more fried than pan-cooked. We expressed our concern to the owner and he was kind enough to take Aloo Paratha off the bill, so that was appreciated. Overall will return again to try more of their offerings!
