I like this Little Ceasars pizzaria. I cannot say the pizza is great, nor the wings or all other specialty items because its typically $10 or less that I spend on food. You get what you pay for. In most cases the higher the price the better the food right! The reason I continue to order from this particular location is the service. Most if the staff are younger than 20, maybe younger than 18. I may not always receive a smile when I walk in the door but, I am always greeted with manners. These kids behave as if they actually enjoy working for Little Ceasars. If not than kudos to the parents as they have taught their children well. I'm in and out quickly, staff go above and beyond to treat me with respect, thank me for my patronage and always encourage a return trip. If I complain and I have, mostly about the promo codes associated with a mobile order, the staff profusely apologize, offer advice on how to correct the issue and honest answers if they have no idea how to rectify the problem. I know grown adults in a professional, white collar position that struggle to achieve this type if hospitality when dealing with customers. The only reason this Little Ceasars location did not receive 5 stars is because of the food. In closing, I will also say that the pizza is sustenance with flavor, staff do the best they can with what they are given. Good job to the Federal Little Ceasars Pizza, I will continue coming back on a "YOYO" night. For those of you who are confused about "YOYO", it means "your on your...
Read moreAs I waited for my order, I watched the "manager" belittle a teenage staff member because she couldn't get an order right. He clearly called out orders, she was talking to another lady and barely listened to the young man. He tried so hard to handle his tasks as she spouted off what he was doing "wrong". When I asked her if she was the manager she said Yes, i asked her for her corporate number. She told me to leave and get it off the website, because "this" was between him and her. When I replied that it's not okay to speak to someone in that manner, especially in front of customers. She went and hid in the back, after telling me that if I want my order I will have to wait for him (the kid) to get it. I'm disappointed, this woman is a manager and she didn't even attempt to teach this kid, just scold him, walking around huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes at everything. I go to this location often and this is the second time I've witnessed her attitude. I can't locate the number to the GM if this location. It would be great to speak...
Read moreI ordered at the wrong location, Which was frustrating enough on its own. Then, When I tried to fix it, I was told I’d have to be recharged to remake my order. Fine, Mistakes happen but after being recharged, I get my food and it’s literally overcooked lmao. I get it, It was probably towards the end of your shift and maybe things were busy but I’ve worked in food service too and I know it should take the workers on make line less than 5 minutes to remake an order that’s overcooked. The whole experience was SO irritating. To go through all this trouble, Be recharged, And end up with terrible food just ruined my night. I was better off going to Taco Bell. Absolutely ridiculous. This whole experience reminded me of the great service I once got at Playa Bowls. I placed an order ahead during my 30 min break but sent it to the wrong location. When I arrived, The worker remade the bowl for me without hesitation. That is what I call customer service. Little Caesars could learn a thing or...
