Very disappointing. I saw on a picture menu that they had a vegan option but didn't see it on their menu in person so I asked for clarification. The cashier mentioned that the Chile option was vegan. We waited for 15 minutes and upon picking up, I asked which was vegan and they said neither and they don't have vegan options. We happened upon this food truck thanks to their service in our neighborhood. The taste, quality, and portion size of their specialty mac n cheese was DELICIOUS! Totally worth it. It just so happens that while visiting Mac 'N Noodles, Bailey encountered difficulty with the truck. While juggling orders and fresh cooking, he quickly handled it as a professional though, acting with kindness and efficiency.
