I would have scored this place as a 2 but the crawfish saved it. Starting with the bad... The service was not great. We waited quite a bit to simply place our initial order and then there were several times we had to wait for drink refills. When we ordered some crawfish, our waiter admitted that he had forgot that we ordered some. I can pass service like that if the place was huge and they were swamped but this place is small, not full, and it seemed they had enough waiters to effectively and efficiently do their duties. The fried shrimp do not seem fresh. The shrimp and fries seem like mass produced restaurant food, similar to what you might find at a buffer. (this is why I didnt even take a picture of it) The soft shell crabs were really small. (I added a picture of this) To this day, I had not ever seen soft shell crab that small before in a po-boy. Overall, I feel the price they charge for the fried food is to much considering the quality. Now the good... Their crawfish is good and decently priced for this city. I would like to add that have been to Cajun country in Louisiana and also tried some amazing crawfish down in Texas so I know crawfish. The fact that they have multiple flavor options is great as well because they will be sure to have a flavor and heat level you are comfortable with. I only had enough room to eat crawfish but I assume the rest of their boiled seafood taste the same. They also have decently priced alcohol there as well. Overall, I would recommend only coming here for their boiled seafood and not their fried options.

I've had my eye on this spot for a long time, especially after watching a phenomenal episode of Chef David Chang's Netflix series Ugly Delicious, which talked about the influence Asian cuisine has had on traditional Cajun seafood boils. This location does not disappoint, but be prepared to go with people you are comfortable with rolling your sleeves up, and dawning a plastic bib & gloves because this is a messy meal. But as David Chang would say, sometimes the ugly meals are the most flavorful and fulfilling. This place offers a real large menu of different seafoods and different seasoning options to smother your meal in. We knew we had to try a few different seasonings as well as different crustaceans to get the full effect. We went with 1 pound of Asian Cajun seasoned crawfish, 1 pound of butter & garlic crawfish, and 1 pound of Classic Cajun shrimp. Everything was absolutely amazing and worth slurping all the sauce off the exterior of their shells before cracking them open and enjoying their meat. All that being said, I could not get enough of the Classic Cajun peel and eat shrimp. I'm a fan of crawfish but it won't match up to shrimp in my eyes. I plan to come back soon, and this time around I'd be beyond happy to only have a bag of these shrimp in the Classic Cajun seasoning, and might as well have them toss in corn, potatoes, and sausage to make it real traditional. Keep up the amazing work!!

Everything here was mediocre. The asian fried rice was bland and the sausage used in it was gross. I had the shrimp and crab boil with all the seasonings spicy. The sauce was very thick and it had a sweet taste to it rather than spicy. My daughters had a boil also and they didnt like the sweet clumpy sauce either. I felt rushed by the waitress as we kept asking for more time to order and she came back very quickly and at one point she just came over to the table and stood there, didnt say anything to us, that was akward. I also didnt like that they had very few boil bags to pick from. You pretty much have to pay market price for each selection you want versus other seafood places we have been to have had a boil bag with multiple selections for a bundle price.

Me and my girls went here for dinner and I had gone here ONCE in the past with an ex and the food wasn’t bad, so I thought I’d come back but it’s been YEARS later and oh my god was I DISAPPOINTED. The food was horrible and not just one dish we ordered 5 and they all tasted gross and store bought, the calamari was like eating fried rubber rings , the fried alligator had no flavor to it and was mostly bread, the pork pho tasted like it was cooked in dish water , the crawfish and rice was absolutely revolting and the shrimp fried rice was just as bad. The shrimp tasted like it was going bad and we each took about 2 bites of our food and then just couldn’t stomach the rest. We ended up just sitting at the table talking and enjoying our sodas and then asked our waiter for any kind of refund or replacement and she said she couldn’t which is fine but she tried to say it was our fault because we didn’t tell her within 5 minutes? But after she gave us our food she was no where to be found for about 15-20 minutes. We paid for our food and left and now the girls don’t trust me picking the next restaurant so thanks for that -_- I don’t remember the food being bad the last time I came a couple years back and now I’ll never return again , wish I had gone somewhere better, don’t...
