I've never been inspired to review the sacred space we call McDonald's. For me, all faults are usually forgiven mostly due to the overwhelming feelings of nostalgia. As a child and through college, it was a reward trip for good grades or a hangout or cram spot with friends. Unfortunately, what I witnessed today has changed all. I was personally aghast at the treatment of staff and customers. Both were berated horrifically over the use of a bathroom! The morning shift manager unapologetically badgered a paying male and female customer as they were doing their business in their respective lavatories! She even forced employees to harass them! I asked Emilio, a staff member, the issue and was given the all too common mantra of being unable to speak English. Luckily, I'm well traveled and am multilingual! Asked again in Spanish. I only recieved a shocked glare and a defeated response. "I can't lose my job. I must keep my head down and cause no trouble." Even then, the completely irrate female shift manager complained about being given no tip. "What if they stay in there for a month? We make nothing!" This cinched it for me. I sat for a moment and basked in the glorious audacity that is this woman. Once the literal trauma faded, I made my ways to the exit and home. Disgusted! Embarrassed! I was gone before the woman finished, but the man was very prompt. Took maybe ten minutes, at most. Why subject us all to such barbaric language/actions? Perhaps, because this man was a few shades darker? He seemed the typical soft spoken giant of a man. He seemed confused, ashamed, arnd made a hasty exit. To be safe, it was Wednesday, 10am. Fire this woman. She doesn't deserve or respect her position. I'll gladly volunteer to get 500 signatures for her removal. With her apparent unflinching racism, I'm certain we victims can get however many required. I'm enlightened! Lets do this! Bullies don't belong in any...
Read moreMy husband and I ordered 38.71 in food and come home to find a large Fri missing first off very dissatisfied with the way they rush people off in the drive thru so we assumed they had the entire order correctly. When we got home my husband had to drop me off to go to his evening job right after this order was made and received . Come to find out by the time I get up stairs and check my large fri from my numb. 3 Meal was missing. I tried to call about three times NO ANSWER!? Its very inconvenient for me to go all the way back which I did at 2:15pm and the the man at the counter was rude which is funny to me because it wasnt my mistake in the first place . But I do admit it was half my fault for not checking at the drive through so employees shouldnt rush customers away given they may make a mistake. Stuff happens I get it but settle the matter professionally please and with respect and manners . I did not have the card to get a refund so I either have to wait or just call it a loss which is not okay with me we paid we should be refunded with or without the card if u ask me I had the receipt but not the card . He wouldnt make a note for me ither to later be refunded when I got my husbands card later that night. The man said come b4 5 pm he would be there but my husband wouldnt be off work till after 9pm . So if the managers would take note to be prepared and have courteousness that would help with them being better at their job. Here is my receipt info KS number 13 side 1 order 72

I put in a mobile order and checked into my spot at 2:53. Proceeded to wait. At 3:10, I received a notification that my order had arrived and that I'd been charged for it. Only problem was, food still hadn't shown up. Curious, I call. I'm quickly handed over to the manager who asks for order code which I of course no longer have access to as supposedly the order has already gone through. I ask him if he could come out and see if maybe I had missed it. His response, "You can come in here. I'm not sending anyone out there."
So now I get out of my car and go into the restaurant where an argument between staff and another customer is ensuing. After customer gets order worked out, staff member says something snarky. Customer keeps his cool but informs the other person with him that the staff member had said something. Staff member says, "Say it to my face." Customer says "B*, I'll f you up. Come on this side of the counter." Staff remains where she is, the only good decision I've seen made yet. Customers leave.
I'm called to the counter finally. I reexplain my situation. Manager comes, I show him my order he says he'll go to the back and see what he can do. A few minutes later, a different woman comes up. I tell her I'm already being helped, she says she's a manager and the other manager is on break. So, in the middle of helping me he goes on break? A bit unprofessional but whatever. The woman grabs my order again and I finally leave the store at 3:30. 37 minutes after placing order.
My advice: avoid this mcdonald's at all cost. From my exchange, staff members are rude and managers...
