McDonalds seems to be engaged in an experiment. They want to answer the question: how unpleasant can an ordering experience be before people stop going to McDonalds? First, if you dabble in the (low-quality) McDonald's app and want to pick up your food, ignore the sign on the west side that points directly into a parking spot. That is NOT the mobile order pickup. Also ignore the signs on the west that say "reserved for drive thru". you can pick up your order there. But if you park in the wrong spot, your meal will go back inside, sit on a counter, and your app will claim your food has been delivered. Then you will need to wait inside for 20 minutes. While trying to determine which people are waiting for food and which are asking for assistance, you'll work your way to the front and be ignored by every employee until you speak loudly to get the attention of someone. It's not their fault. This place is obviously WAY WAY understaffed. The employees are practically running around to try to make up for the fact that they need a few more people. Then if your order is wrong, you'll have to either (a) wait another 20 minutes to get an employee's attention, or (b) go to the app and try to find the "contact us" section. Oh and you better get the store number (2668 in this case). If you don't have it, the app will erase all the information that you input to tell them about the missing item! Unless you use the map, which shows approximately zero McDonald's in north America. Closing the map also deletes all that you just input. This McDonalds was very busy, in spite of this insanity in just trying to order from a fast food place. If my theory (McDonald's is intentionally becoming more unpleasant to drive away customers) is correct, then this will only get worse. Well done,...
Read moredo not order delivery from here! you may or may not get it! i'm a delivery driver for door dash, uber eats, & grubhub.....the past 4 years I've accepted numerous deliveries while working all 3 platforms to pick up from this mcdonalds and only 1 time actually left with an order because all the other times they said "oh we didn't get it" or something dumb of that nature.... well tonight i reluctantly accepted a delivery for here...i tell them at the speaker at the drive thru that I'm here for a "delivery" order (i said the actual name of delivery service, just not allowed to use in a review) anyway the boy tells me go to 2nd window to pick up.....so i sit in line like 10 minutes get to the 2nd window & the boy says they do not do orders from the company im here to pick up for...he asked another person who agreed. they are partnered with this delivery service but for some reason they apparently pick & choose which drivers & which service they will actually fulfill orders for on a case by case basis. these children let me sit in line wasting all that time when I could have been available for an actual paying delivery. they should have told me at the speaker AND if they don't want to be partnered with this company they need to inform them so us drivers aren't wasting time & gas, losing money. ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPECT!!!! ALL THE DRIVERS ON ALL THE SERVICES ARE CONTRACT NOT EMPLOYEES....MANY OF US STRUGGLE TO SURVIVE SO PLEASE HAVE SOME RESPECT AND EITHER FULLFILL ALL DELIVERY ORDERS OR DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT IF YOU DONT WANT TO PARTNERED WITH ANY OF THE SERVICES! PLEASE.....IT'S THE DECENT...
Read moreJust had the worst experience at this mcdonalds, we ordered through the app for online pickup we parked and waited 30 minutes for our food then went through the drive thru since it was 9:04 when we ordered. We told the guy at the 1st window that we have been waiting 30 minutes in spot 4 and he asked for a order number so we gave it to him and he said it did not exsist he was very rude and proceeded to get his manager. She came over and checked my phone and told me that i had placed the order at 4pm which i had to show her again where it said i had ordered at 9:04pm she was also rude and told us to pull to the next window at the next window we had to explain the whole situation again because the 1sy window didnt communicate to the 2nd window. After 10 minutes of explaining they found our food sitting on the counter. Gave us our food and slammed the window in my face. I was very shocked about this experience and would highly recommend new management this happened today October 9th at 9:04pm until about 9:45 pm. We got nothing but very rude comments and artitudes, no apology or care that they had messed up. I know mcdonalds doesnt care but hopefully...
