First off, the ice cream was amazing. Watching the employees do it before your eyes truly is an experience. The ice cream was oozing with flavor; I got the S'mores, my hubby got the coffee-flavored one. Both were delicious. I also loved the presentation! Take a look at the picture I took; they put little graham bears on each little roll -adorable!

Customer service was good. We weren't really greeted upon entering, though it may have very well been that it was because the cashier was soft-spoken. She was nice though, and recommended their most popular ice creams when asked. My husband and I were handed our ice creams with a genuine smile, and the employees all seemed to be happy to work there.

Why did I take off two stars you may ask? While the customer service and ice cream itself was stellar, there were 2 particular aspects that did not leave us impressed. The first was that my husband found a small piece of hair in his. That was pretty gross. Secondly, the space! Though the decor is cute, it's not enough space. I counted 3 little small round tables, & we felt awkward sitting at one when we looked around and saw that the other two were occupied and there were 3 other parties in line. We left shortly after starting our ice cream to make room for the others.

All in all, great concept, cute place, good customer service, with just a few tweaks that would...

1st time trying this comcept and the location. My treats were delicious. 5 specialty items ( the stores creation vs me picking my base flavor my filling my topping ) At $30 for all plus $5 Tip (dont forget to tip) . A lot of comments talk about pricing . I think the cost is average. We pay about the same for cold stone and if you make a run to starbucks for frapp you pay about the same. I loved every single thing about it. The flavours were good not super sweet. YOLO - You obviously love oreos The coffee flavourd one was my favorite Smores was also good.

Give it a try , you now know the cost you also read that there is not enough seating maybe ( 3 highbar tables ) you know they do have a wait sometimes but you also know the concept is Awesome. So grab a friend and catch up while you are in line. If your kids are with you have fun creating the best item for you so you are ready when you get to the counter and maybe makes the line move faster ;). And smile at the staff my girl was soo sweet and helpfull. I started writting my order while in line and handed it over to her.

They are hiring by the way so be patient as they are...

This was my first time here and it was a great experience I had with my daughter. She had a hard time deciding on what she wanted with the many choices they had to choose from but finally got Unicorn Magic! I just got a simple strawberry, banana, and pineapple with graham crumbs and whip cream. I am looking forward to going back and watching them make my rolls. It is a great experience and something kiddo enjoyed doing with me. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to deciding on what we wanted since I was confused at the beginning. The uniforms were colorful and bright along with the ambience of the creamery itself. They also have punch cards for you so when you get 10 punches the next one is free! I love that cuz kiddo most likely will have us going quite bit. I read a sign saying please take the line outside so I am betting this is a popular place so just be prepared for a long line just in case of a busy day or time but they did move pretty fast. I wish the lobby area was a bit bigger with more seating but go check it out if you haven't already!! I think we have another favorite ice cream place for our to go...

Parking is hard. But even after that we got here, the door was locked with a sign that said BRB bathroom except the bathroom was open and we could see the girl and her guest with her hand on her leg. We waited approximately 15 - 20 minutes for them to finish before she unlocked the door. She seemed very hostile once we ordered, she didn’t speak a word or even return our smile as we were very friendly (I promised my daughter she could get this as a reward for her spelling test and we wanted this to be a positive experience). She made the rolls passive aggressively, getting my daughter’s cotton candy that was left on the chiller into my son’s Oreo ice cream. Bathrooms were super gross Ultimately, I wouldn’t recommend.

Ooooooh mah word!! If you are looking for a sweet treat!?!? Please do not waste any more time! FIND one, Google it, Facebook it, phone a FRIEND if you have to. But get to your nearest Milkroll Creamery asap. 🤗💗💯☀️ By far, my favorite ice cream shop - EVERRR! And forever! I already have three stamps on my punchcard, and I will happily partake in each cup until I reach my tenth! They mix real ingredients into the ice cream, and the plethora of toppings will absolutely satisfy any palate. Five star rating in my book, if I could give it 10 ⭐️ I would! (Actual song playing when I walked in for the first time, just had to make it official). Please do enjoy!
