Cindy’s Nails (APPOINTMENTS ONLY) — Local services in Denver

Waited six months to go into this establishment so that I could have my acrylic nails soaked off and shortened about a quarter of the way. Cindy, my nail technician, only left me with a quarter of my nails, she is the drill the entire time and did not soak off all of the acrylic even though I explained to her that I am a waitress, and I did not want the acrylic left on there because my natural nail underneath would pull away. She laughed at me and told me don’t worry you’ll be back. My nails are crooked fat, and now different lengths. When I explain that she cut them too short, Cindy laugh again and said don’t worry they’ll grow back. Although the establishment is clean and it seemed as though the other technicians were having fun with their clients, I did not have a good experience at all. I will not be going back. Once the service was complete, she charged me $120 for a set of nails that I’m extremely unhappy about. I was not offered a discount. This place was AWESOME. A little tip: for new customers, parking is DIRECTLY IN THE REAR of this building. It took me 2-3 times circling the building before I figured that one out...which made me about 5 minutes late for my scheduled appointment :( No worriesthough, the staff was totally cool with my tardiness and we got right to looking at polish swatches. The nail technician was very competent and I could tell this salon was managed efficiently and professionally. I got a full set of acrylic tips with rose gold chrome gel polish...the result was ahhhh-mazing! I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for high quality service at a great price! The services mentioned above were only 75.00 total....I was so happy with the work I left a 20.00 tip! I should also mention that 2 of the technicians there are skilled in nail art (drawn designs etc) and gel tips. Another major perk that I really love is the opportunity to book appointments online. First the appointment scheduler called me to reschedule my appointment due to the technician being sick but was able to book me a later time, I then go to my appointment just to find out the technician who was now scheduled to do my nails can’t do ombré only solid colors also can’t do chrome on SNS which I have now! To top it off the lady talking to me was younger on her cell phone couldn’t even look at me or make eye contact with me when I ask well is there a technician that can do ombré she reply’s still looking into her phone yes me but I’m all booked up! So you can’t do chrome SNS which I have now as I hold my hand out then you can’t do ombré only certain technicians can, I left, this was my first time I was going to try this place so I didn’t know only certain technicians knew how to do certain things! Costumer service skills n the way they talk to their clients is poor with no respect especially for new people! First impression...
