We love supporting small & local businesses. We would love to see you thrive and do amazing! This review is not to hurt you or hurt your business in any way, but in hopes that you take it as constructive criticism and not as a jab to the heart.

We were excited to have some cajun food on a cold, snowy night for some comfort food, so we ordered from your restaurant and had it delivered. We got the étoufée with shrimp, gumbo with sausage, and the mac 'n cheese. Maybe it was an off-day for you, but both the étoufée and the gumbo were overly salty. The étoufée only had two pieces of shrimp and the gumbo was watery without the typical stew-y thickness that gumbos usually have. I love mac 'n cheese, and the cheesiness was not there and it was lacking in flavor.

Again, we would love for you to excel and thrive. We want you to do well!

If you do decide to improve your recipes, we will be back to try your food again soon and will be changing the three stars to something better!!

On October 20, 2024, he was provided a loan to get his work vehicle out of the shop. Multiple follow-up attempts via phone and text have gone unanswered. Unfortunately, I will have to go to court to collect what he owes.
