My partner and I visited Denver for the first time and decided to include this experience as part of our trip. We love immersive art exhibits, especially when done by local artists and this was a nice treat.

The space isn't large but is definitely well used! We went on a Sunday and there was one other couple there too so while it wasn't a big space it felt like we had it mostly to ourselves which was great! We got the tickets on Fever which only had the options for the priority pass and as part of that we were given glasses to distort some of the lights and effects (see the first two pics) which was neat whenever light sources were used in the exhibits. Each room had a unique feel but also played a part in a larger narrative: one of being one with our natural world. There were many interactive elements which let you leave your mark on the world so to speak. We had the luck to attend right after a rainfall too, so the outside smelled of fresh rain which added a lovely ambiance!

If you are passing through Denver and are interested in immersive art like Meow wolf then definitely check out the spectra art space! They change their exhibits twice a year and it's all created by local artists!

One caveat: while the priority ticket had some cool elements, I didn't feel like it was quite worth the price. The regular time slot ticket would be just...

During our visit to Denver, my boyfriend and I decided to walk around South Broadway St. I was told South broadway is a great area for art, vintage, and antique stuff. We wondered into Spectra Art Space and I am so happy that we did. Although it is a small space we spent at least an hour if not more in there. We looked through all the amazing and beautiful local art that was for sale. I purchased a gorgeous glass ring for myself (I am not sure who the artist is). My boyfriend purchased a beautiful gem tree that has opal on it. We also got some awesome Chinese zodiac stickers that were made by Grace Noel. Grace was actually the artist that was working the day we went in and she was super sweet and made the experience 100X better. Grace if you read this I loved your blow pop shirt you were wearing and I am sorry I never told you! I am super excited to wear my new shirt that I got by the artist pussayhaus. Lastly, once we purchased all of our amazing art finds we did the Spookadelia 2 immersive art experience. It had a fun story and provided us with some cute picture opportunities. I would highly recommend coming to check this place out if you are a lover of the arts. It is also a great way to support some of the local artists. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Denver to see what new...

I chose Novo Ita as the setting to propose to my fiancé, and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect space. From the moment we stepped into the botanical installations and glowing augmented reality puzzles, it felt like we were walking through a shared dream. The atmosphere was intimate, surreal, and deeply romantic—exactly the kind of magic I wanted to surround us in that life-changing moment.

But what truly elevated the experience was the staff. I reached out ahead of time to coordinate the proposal, and they were nothing short of extraordinary. Gracious, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help, they went out of their way to accommodate our plan with warmth and care. They made sure everything flowed seamlessly, even offering quiet encouragement and subtle cues to help the moment unfold naturally. Their kindness turned a beautiful idea into a memory we’ll cherish forever.

Whether you’re an art lover, a romantic, or just someone craving a unique adventure, Novo Ita is a must-visit. For us, it’s now the place where two lives changed forever, and we’ll be returning every year to relive the magic.

Thank you, Novo Ita team, for helping us write the first chapter of...
