BEFORE MY PERSONAL REVIEW LET ME JUST SAY THIS: Why would you show up at a place of business 5 mins before they close? It's one thing if you're ALREADY there, but actually walking in to shop/order 5 mins before they close is just disrespectful. 5 mins isn't enough time and they will have to stay later to accommodate your inconsideration. The folks complaining are likely people who haven't worked a day of customer service in their lives, so they're just entitled jerks who are inconsiderate of other people. They'd be the first ones complaining as soon as they had to stay late at their job. NOW, ON TO MY REVIEW: The ladies here come across as a bit rude. They often leave you standing there waiting without so much as a greeting/acknowledgment, they aren't very assertive with their customers, and they frequently chat amongst themselves in the middle of your transaction. Their English isn't the best either. The food, on the other hand, is EXCELLENT! Negative 2 stars solely because of the subpar customer service, which has nothing to do with them not wanting to serve food 5 mins before close (and understandably so).
