I donât think you guys want small businessesâ orders. I tried to place a will call in order and go pick up myself. Then I got informed with my salesman that I canât and he cancelled my order. He said I either need to order 20 cases minimum for delivery or be a âpartnering customersâ (which I need to order weekly) in order to place a will call in order. Is there a rule that I must order 20 cases minimum for delivery? Or if I want to just pick up myself I still need to order weekly from you guys? Last time I called in the main line and they said I only need $500 minimum, but my salesman said I must need to order 20 cases minimum also. So even though my two cases already went over the $500 minimum but I got told that I need to order 20 cases minimum. So I need to order whole bunch of other things that isnât necessary for me in order to get the things I want. I know that Iâm not order from you guys a lot. But Iâm just a small business, and I donât know why they try to make thing so difficult now. When I tried to call the main line of the company, the representative told me he canât do anything but tell me find the salesman. When I tried to tell him, can I talk with a manager. The last 4 times I have arrived to find I was shorted an item (always an item that was listed as being in stock when I placed the order online). This most recent time, my rep Brittany (she is unfortunately my 4th rep I have had in the 3 years since I've been in business. I mention this because I think it speaks volumes to the way things are run at Shamrock) promised she would be able to bring product to me in our kitchen by noon the following day since that's when I would need it by. I get a call day of that no can come come until 3 pm and they would have to replace the product with a frozen alternative (the dice size of the frozen is bigger than I want for the recipe). I let my rep know that it has gotten outrageously unreliable to depend on Shamrock with which she agreed and told me she would try her best to get back to me with some kind of solution. I received a follow up call from a superior named Sean whom when I called him back never got back to me. I've now been ghosted by both Brittany and Sean with no attempt at improving...
