Wingstop — Restaurant in Denver

My boyfriend and I eat here all the time with no complaints what so ever, until the other night. We placed on order online, as we always do, and I got charged twice for my order. I called the store and the girl was nice and tried to help but didnt solve my issue. She pulled up my order and said that they only had one charge in their system and to give it a couple days. So I told her the 2 charges for $43.29 have already been processed and taken out of my back account so this needs to be resolved. She said that she would talk to her district Manager and give me a call back. I still haven't heard back yet. I decided to call Wingstop's customer service number to get this resolved. And they just took my contact info and said they would direct me to someone who would handle this kind of situation. And I still have not heard back. Guess I have to just accept the loss of $43.29. We enjoy eating here but thats just unacceptable customer service, and we will not be go back....

Usually everytime we order from here are wings are perfect well done and extra wet. Unfortunately yesterday after trick or treating with family we ordered and took home. Wings were not well done and definitely not wet. Of course my kids still ate them because cause they were hungry. By then to call the store there were closed. I called next morning spoke with manager Julio who I asked for a refund from and he insisted to bring in the food for refund or he could make me a new order. I didn’t want a new order because I had plans of making dinner. My husband then insisted just get the order since I was already tossed the food out. I then spoke with Julio and he said it was fine. Come to find out they refused and ended up being rude and hanging up on me. Never in my times of working food did k every treat a customer badly. I have been to this location about 2 or 3 times now. Everytime I go I ask for all drums and extra crispy! And every time they have fulfilled those request. Today was my first time ordering online for pickup (as the extra crispy wings take longer and didn’t want to wait in the snow in my car) so that way they were ready by the time I got there. I got back home and was very impressed! They still gave me all drums and extra crispy! I was worried since it was online they might not see the special request, but they did!
