Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Denver

New updates: First and foremost I never received a refund as promised. After another few times of bad service.

The first visit I came in and ordered the food and they forgot to cook it giving 5 other people their food behind me and not even telling me that they forgot and that it was going to take longer than quoted because it was just being started 20 minutes after I should have had my food. I came back in a couple days later hoping my experience would be different, however it was similar. The 2nd visit I called my order in before getting there. They told me they never got my order via phone call so I had to put it in again after I got there and wait. Once they gave me the order I thought to check it right when I got to the parking lot luckily because they gave me someone else's food.

These are just two of the bad experiences I had at at the leetsdale location. Other times I have had similar experiences or even had them refund me because of not having the order right or ready after it being called in 20-30 minutes before I arrived. I like the quality of the product when made correctly and when I don't have to wait because I call my orders in typically, but these and other experiences make me not want to ever frequent this business again. I have worked at little Caesars and this job is not very difficult to do well. I offer business and customer service training if the storefront would be interested in my services, but I would highly recommend a retraining as this was happening to multiple people each time I came into this business. As the other reviews show this is sub par on service more than once. I give a place multiple chances because everyone has an off night but the last few experiences: I called for over an hour from 7:30 - 8:30 and no answer at all. I live accross the street and can see they are open and no customers in the parking lot so eventually I walked over and rather than wait got a pizza that was ready instead of what I really wanted.

Had under cooked or just plain burnt crazy bread with little to no parm *used to work at a little Caesars and know the proper way it is supposed to be done and this is far off.

Had a lady named Roxanne say she had been complained on so much it would be nice to get a good review...customer service reviews would be better if service were better. Would suggest literally any other place that was open...

Where to begin. 9 mos ago we went here and the pizza was great and customer service was outstanding...my have things changed. The last 3 times we went here the pizza and crazy bread was lack-luster at best. Today is the last time I will be going to this establishment. The door states that they will open at 10:30am and finally at 10 minutes after 11am the doors opened. After the first person waiting ordered, I placed my order for a hot n ready pepperoni and she proceeds to give me a pizza that had a full slice of pizza with no sauce or toppings, just plain bread. I requested to see another pizza and she tosses the first pizza on the counter in disgust. After looking at the next pizza that has burned pepperoni and extremely dark crust I request to please see another one. She explains to me that they are all going to look like that because she was the only one there. (this is not true because I could actually see 2 more employees working in the back). I let her know that I don't mind waiting for a new pizza. As she starts to put that pizza back she is mumbling under her breath about something and I asked her if I was inconveniencing her and she stated "no", but clearly I was. I don't think it is too much of a stretch to request a pizza that is not burned. The new pizza came out looking pretty good and the crazy bread wasn't bad. Welp, looks aren't everything. The sauce on the pizza was flavorless and the crazy bread was packaged to look like it was cooked well but when it was opened, we discovered she had rolled the burned side to the interior which was awful. It had a burned taste to it and was completely tough due to the burned exterior. More than half a pizza and a full thing of crazy bread will have a 1 way ticket to the dumpster. After more than a year of going here I will never be back again. On the plus side go to the Little Caesar's in Castle Rock and you will never ever be disappointed. Best Little Caesar's ever. I've been coming to this Little Caesars since I was 9 years old, I'm 25 now. Today was probably one of the worst experiences I've had and I wasn't even involved! So, My father decided he wanted to order a pizza from this location and had me call and place an order for pickup. Everything with the food was okay, but picking up was an issue. When my father arrived, they refused to give him his pizza. They put his order in the pizza portal and claimed we ordered it online. I personally had to drive up to the store to help my father retrieve his order because they were giving him a hard time. I walked in and asked, "what's the problem? We ordered the pizza over the phone." The manager and another employee proceeded to tell us that the order sticker says it was placed online and needed a code to retrieve from the portal. I told both of them we ordered over the phone and I didn't have a code because I didn't order online! The manager then proceeds to ask me if I have the receipt. How would I have the receipt if I placed the order over the phone? They didn't ask for an email for confirmation for receipt, they could have asked the phone number that it was under. My father was willing to show his ID to prove it was his order, of course until the manager and employee realized they were in the wrong. The manager keeps trying to tell me that the order was placed online and my father just goes on and grabs the pizza and heads out. He paid over the phone as well, and they assumed he was trying to steal someone else's order. When in reality they were the ones that messed up. They handled the situation very poorly and unprofessional and I may not want to come to this location again. That sucks because this location is closer than all the other ones, but at this point I'm willing to drive further out for better...
