Wingstop — Restaurant in Denver

I like to try local places all of them regardless of reviews, but while I hate to give 2 stars and agree with everyone who is unhappy, for me it was the quality of the food.

We ordered online and when my wife got there they 'didn't see the order' and then she had to wait an additional 20 minutes, she said the staff was very nice though, but results are results.

Here's what I got:

For $40 you would think the food quality should be there. The soda my wofe got was semi flat, the sandwich was ok but not even on par with chich FIL a.

The Cajun wings were the high part of the meal I liked the seasoning, but the wings could be cooked hotter and quicker to have crispy crust and less visceral fat in them.

The boneless wings are basically the exact same frozen nuggets you would buy at the grocery store, the Louisiana dry rub was very meh, the Korean spicy wasn't spicy and was basically just sugar.

Veggie sticks were fresh I liked them. Blue cheese dip meh.

The absolute worst deal breaking thing though to echo other reviews was the 🍟 fries, just soo bad they were soggy not even dome not crispy at all and drenched in Buffalo sauce, basically inedible. That drops it from a 3 to a 2.

Not worth the money lots of better stuff...

If I can give less then one Star I would. The food was awful in taste and appearance . When we called to complain we were met with an and unprofessional attitude. We brought the food back as requested. We were then met with a combative employee. Saul takes the food to the back were he touched and counted each piece of chicken. Yes part of the wings were eaten, because it was late and medically necessary for mother in law to eat. She did pull off the questionable parts of the wings she ate and left them in the container to show part of the many reasons for our complaint His resolution to the issue was to offer the "groped upon" wings that was brought back because they were inedible. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering from this location. Because I'd rather have thrown the money...

I places an online order for pick up for my wife when she got home for work. I always order from here and everyone knows i ALWAYS get all flats. Well this time i guess there system messed up and didnt put all flats on the order. So when i called they said there was absolutely nothing they could or would do. I have been going there faithfully for yrs at least once a week and now i will be finding me a new location to go to. If this is how they treat their customers they will not be getting no more of my money. Wingstop on hampton you really need to do better. You just lost a faithful...
